Bought a linen shirt reduced from £90.00 apparently. Took 3 weeks to arrive and is not linen at all!
Very poor quality, nothing like the picture online.
Am trying to get a refund, but there does not seem to be an address to return the clothing to.
Has anyone managed a refund??
Absolute robbery!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY.
Do not fall into the trap I did. This company is not UK based. I ordered an item, then read the reviews. Within an hour of placing the order, I requested to cancel. I received a reply stating that it was not possible to cancel as my order had already been processed and dispatched.
2 days later I received an email stating that there was a delay processing and dispatching my order.
I emailed back asking for and explanation to the blatant lie and requesting again to cancel the order. This was again refused, but I was reassured that if I was not happy with the item when I received it, I could email to start a simple returns procedure.
2 and a bit weeks on, I received the item and it is literally made out of Halloween costume material a day bears no resemblance to the images used to advertise it.
I have sent Molly & Moon 3 emails requesting to return it, but they are not replying.
Absolute scammers selling cheap rubbish from China but presenting themselves as if they're UK based.
£40 lost.

Dreadful, items not as advertised, cheap polyester material. Disgusting lies on website, robbery in another form. Tried emailing to organise return and refund, guess what? No answer. Scanners!

Hideous, poorly made polyester looks NOTHING like the linen pictures. I wouldn’t pay £5 for this rubbish let alone £45. Not even finished well. Cheap plastic import. No sign of any company or boutique in London. That’s just a lie. Wish I’d looked at the reviews first. Do not not buy.

If I could do a minus star that would be my review. First message: experiencing difficulties with despatch. Second message: been despatched. As we say in Scotland, “Aye, right”.
No sign of anything arriving or likely to arrive. Now they’ve got more communication despite me being in touch.
Now they’ve got the cheek to say they are closing down.
You couldn’t make it up!

Wish like many others, I’d read these reviews before purchasing from this company. Was led to believe the company was based in London. Item I ordered was a top & bottom set, nothing like the picture , and not worth the £34 I paid. Completed the return, WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT WAS!! Definitely created to put you off claiming a refund, you have to return item to CHINA, which is not mentioned anywhere, until you want to do a return. I still asked for a refund, threatened them with trading standards & going through my bank and reporting the company, I got £10.48, which I accepted coz I was fed up! Do Not order anything!

Awful experience . Cannot find how to return dress that fits like a sack . THEY NOW SAY THEY ARE CLOSING/ CLOSED . I cannot even find returns information and have more or less given up hope of getting over £35 back. The site still seems to allow items to be bought this morning however. It is definitely a fraudulent site , if it was on a High Street Trading standards would close it .

Ordered what I thought was a lovely linen dress and got a cheap and nasty piece of material that supposedly looks like the dress I ordered. Absolutely fuming that it’s con, I’ve emailed them so many times I have not heard from them at all, how are they getting away with conning so many people they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this, but they do.

Absolute scam. Clothes are rubbish and nothing like picture. Made of cheap nylon and poorly made and sizing bizarre. Delivery takes ages and whilst waiting they send lying emails saying they are closing down. Dress went straight in recycle bin

Poor quality fabric and nothing like the image shown on their FB page or website. Thankfully offered a refund after many emails back and forth but only because of the threat of sending back to their warehouse and refund wasn't the amount promised. Really bad company but no way to connect or report them as no information on their website.

I am so cross with myself for falling this AI-generated scam website! I ordered 5 shirts in two separate orders, choosing from the Menu>Shop>Tops & Shirts>Linen Shirts. I noticed later that the shirts I ordered were cleverly not described as linen in the product descriptions, but the pictures clearly showed linen shirts, and the items were listed under the heading "Linen Shirts."
The first order of four shirts has arrived, and needless to say, when the shirts came they were of terrible quality, in a cheap polyester/spandex mix. Horrible and completely unwearable! I have inititiated the returns process, and no doubt I'll be offered a partial refund, which I'll refuse. I'll make a chargeback on my credit card instead - the company running the scam don't want you to do that as it can affect their abillty to accept card payments.
I will learn my lesson, and in future check TrustPilot before ordering. There seem to be a lot of scams at the moment using this business model, but I'll be wiser next time.
Avoid at all costs!!

I really don’t think that Molly & Moon deserve one star….
I am completely disgusted by the quality of the dress I ordered…. It is nothing like the promotional image… and nasty to boot!
I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered it…

Thieves and scammers. Received a cheap top nothing like the beautiful embroidered top I ordered. They need to pay out a refund and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards - avoid at all costs

Absolute rubbish - blouses look like linen on their photos but are actually the cheapest, nastiest polyester.

On their website and Instagram etc this looks like a lovely company quality clothes at good prices i assumed based in London.
I ordered 2 items and received an email thanking me for the order. I then received another saying there was a  delay as a member of staff had left.
The tracking information however showed in-flight!
When I received the items they were in plastic bags similar to another popular online shop in China.
The items had no tags or labels of the company and were very poor quality very thin and nothing like the online photos.
I contacted the company to complain and was given a very long questionnaire  to complete to return with photos if the items to see if I qualified for a refund, their website states effortless returns within 30 days! I did this and then was told I had 2 options return to China costing £35 - £65 or a 10% refund and keep the items.
Avoid this company at all cost.

Appalling “company”- a complete scam! Cheap fabric. Dresses were nothing like the advertised items. No straight forward way to return things or get a refund- basically stealing from customers. Lying about a London store and images all fake. Avoid at all costs.

Appalling scammers, really low quality items that look nothing like the pictures on their site. They will not accept returns, offered a minimal refund and then stopped responding to emails. Yesterday they sent an email announcing they are having a closing down sale. Avoid them, absolute scam.

Don’t be fooled by this companies ‘incredible sales’ - those funky looking linen shirts are polyester and nasty. Their ridiculous pdf form you’re required to fill out to get your refund can’t be c&p’d and then you’ll have to send the revolting item back to China and pay the postage. Oh and now they’re ‘sadly closing’ now they’ve ripped a ton of people off so it’s tough luck and lesson learnt. Wouldn’t even sell it on Vinted.

Completely rubbish company. Please do not order anything from mollyandmoon.
My order from 22 March has not arrived and I cannot get a response from the company at all.
