Between checking wagering, chasing support, and watching my balance yo-yo downwards, playing here started to feel like a second job, just one that costs me money instead of paying me.

They celebrate 10-cent wins with huge flashing animations like you hit a jackpot. Meanwhile your balance goes down overall. It feels a bit insulting after a while.

All their banners shout about “huge payouts” and “big winners every day”. After a week of small deposits, all I saw were tiny hits and quickly drained balances. I know luck varies, but the marketing made me expect at least some decent runs. Instead it was just drip-drip loss.

Sign-up form kept resetting on me when I tried to go back a step. Took three tries to even open an account, and in hindsight I wish it had just failed completely and saved me money.

Got my withdrawal in some odd split amounts instead of one simple payment. Bank showed multiple transactions with small discrepancies. Hard to reconcile, and support didn’t explain well.

There’s real money, bonus money, and sometimes “locked cash”. Half the time I don’t know which one I’m actually betting. It shouldn’t require a spreadsheet just to track my own funds.

They have these “missions” that sound fun but the requirements are insane, like win x times on specific games at certain bets. It feels like homework, not entertainment.

I tried a game in demo first and it was hitting bonuses like crazy. Switched to real money and suddenly it’s dead. I know it’s random, but the difference was too obvious to ignore.

Only after I finally hit something decent on a bonus did I learn there’s a max cashout limit from it. Anything above gets removed. Feels awful to discover that after the fact.

Could be a great social casino. The biggest issue with them is the VIP program they had in place and just adjusted but almost the same. I was in the platinum tier for VIP this past week. Awesome right? Ell maybe if I would have received the benefits that is outlined in their VIP page on their website. Still have not received my weekly or monthly bonus and from my past interactions with their customer support. I can probably expect to not see either of them.

They add new games. They have quite a few that start at 10 cents.

I was having fun. I won. I went to redeem my prize and ran into a problem in the verification. The company they use uses a selfie app that just didn't work, no matter what I did. I put my face in the frame, I held still. I counted to 20 without blinking. It would NOT take my picture. I couldn't get past that process to claim my money

It would've been 5 stars because when I say I put in 400 lost it all then got up to 175 to a break and did a few 2 spins got up to 450 and cashed out with no problems I was satisfied that they gave my money back and then the bonuses are extremely pleasant and worth getting excited about here is the downfall and im sure I'm not the only one ..i put 50 in the other day to play when I got off work and what do you know when I try to log in it says "we're sorry they aren't in my area "or something and the screen darkens and I can't play my money i invested so I turn phone off clear chrome and history and 20/100 chance it will restore and work but the past few days it hasn't and im missing out on my 1sc daily fix this and you get 5 stars because your bonuses are out of this world ..ps spent on 10sc 40 times got nothing then a week later played on 20cent sc and got a 60 bonus upped it to 1sc and got 187 bonus so in the end I can't complain when you paying just be careful when betting over 1 dollar sc its extremely difficult to get a bonus but love the game that's my honest review
