MOMO Kombucha レビュー 

The product may be nice but customer service is appalling. As someone who subscribes regularly I thought I might have had some response when Royal Mail failed to deliver my last subscription order. Despite messaging Momo I have had no reply.
I’d prefer not to have to cancel my subscription but it’s looking like the only option.

I really enjoyed the product. The drinks weren’t too strong like some kombuchas can be.

My original review was mixed! The drinks themselves are 5 stars. At the time I was disappointed in the customer service side, particularly in regard to responses to concerns. I have to say however that Momo really came through with updated responses that addressed all of the issues and showed that they are committed to great service going forward! Well done and keep making those delicious drinks!

The best kombucha ever. That's it. Oh, and the range of flavours, the partnerships, the quick delivery, the customer service, the awfully nice people behind everything. And the bottles.

Great product, great taste would def recommend

The best kombucha I have tried and no UPF ingredients. When I have had delivery issues they sorted it quickly and without quibbling so the service is great.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews for a small business but feel it is the only option here. The product itself is fine but delivery and customer service are definitely not. I had a subscription which I cancelled after the third order. There had been issues with all three - the first said it had been shipped when it hadn’t, the second was marked delivered when it hadn’t been and the third was returned by the courier as bottles had broken in transit. The first two issues were resolved satisfactorily. More than 3 weeks later I have had no response to emails or online contact form about the third and I have cancelled my subscription. I have also not been refunded for the damaged order. Really not worth the hassle.

This is just the BEST kombucha. I especially love the seasonal flavours. Lovely, friendly customer service team too - on hand for any questions or issues.

I really like Momo Kombucha and in particular their limited edition flavours. Their subscribe and save is great value and very easy to manage. Overall they are first rate

The most tasty kombucha I've had.

Superb product, tastes great. Favourite was the passion fruit if it ever comes back to production it would be our first choice. Service is excellent, can easily pause or swap product on the subscription. Could not be easier. Love this product and dealing with this company, they do it right.

Veey fast and timely delivery. My whole family is enjoying the taste of the drink, a lovely flavour and quenches the thirst.

Since the packaging has improved, I’m happier with what to expect on my doorstep. Having had broken bottle and weak boxes. The wrong order arrived this time but it was dealt with quickly. It’s encouraging dealing with a company that responds to communications, quickly.

Refreshing taste. Microbes in working order.
