One of my favorite slime companies to order from. Never had an issue, once reached out to CS due to a misunderstanding on my part and despite being in the wrong they honored my request. Owners seem super sweet and I've always received quality products shipped in a reasonable timeframe

Followed the directions for use and upon opening the slime it was way too sticky to use. It stuck to everything and was extremely hard to remove from skin and wood floor. Three different types..all exhibited the same problem, so this is not an isolated issue. Activator didn’t help either. I tried all the suggested remedies and instructions. SCAM!!! They make returning almost impossible and difficult with deterrence tactics. This is their return policy as written on their website.

We will happily replace products damaged during shipping if you contact us with a photo or video proof within 3 days of delivery. In this case, we ask that you ship it back to us in the condition that you received it for refunds or replacements. Please email momoslimesinfo with a picture or video of the slime no later than 7 days from when the package was marked delivered. After the 7 days, we can no longer assist.

What if it’s a gift and not opened until a week after receiving it. Not everyone waits till the last minute. They just want to sell it and forget it. Obviously no interest in making it right by their ridiculous return policy. Take 5 star reviews of this business with a grain of salt. They probably paid for them. Let everyone know….DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS.

My sister is a huge fan of momo slimes, and I’m glad that their selection is great. But they don’t restock that often, and I think it can be hard to find the ones you’re looking for without constant checks.

Good range of slimes and extras, restocked frequently. The slimes are amazing, they last for months and are great quality. A bit pricey and the delivery changes are crazy expensive, but the delivered from the USA to the UK has improved a lot since 2022. Would recommend if you like good quality, unusual slimes with extra features and don't mind paying their prices.
