I simply love this team of incredible young women!
I took the plunge and got my lash line definition done by Ramona yesterday and I am so happy with her work.I thought I may have been sore today but no, if anything my eyes just look a wee bit tired. I then went to Gemma to have my lip blush done. What a gorgeous job she has done. I have extremely thin lips and didn’t think she could do much with them. Not the case, she’s done the most beautiful job. Not only do they all do an amazing job , they are a most fabulous team and every one of them is so pleasant and are just as excited about the results as their customers. Ailey is such an incredible young girl and is always so very helpful, nothing is too much bother for her. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Thank you all so much xxx

Mona Aesthetics has become my go-to place for all my beauty needs, and I’ve been a loyal customer since its opening. Ramona has assembled an amazing team, and the work environment is simply fantastic. Everyone is cheerful, friendly, and customer service is always their top priority. It’s a rare gem these days, and I’m so grateful to have found Mona Aesthetics.

Oh my gosh, Ramona’s makeup skills are incredible! I don’t even know where to begin. Her permanent makeup is absolutely flawless, and I’m a perfectionist. It’s very subtle, exactly what I prefer. She wouldn’t even dream of doing anything that wouldn’t look good, even if I asked her. She has such strong principles.

Aillie is a true inspiration to Ramona. For a young girl to be so confident and talented is truly remarkable. Then there’s Jen, one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. She’s listened to me and provided support on many occasions, and Gemma and I get on fab, feel like I’ve known her for years . Gemma was so quick to fit me in when I needed her, especially since I’ve been going through a tough time with family being ill. She doesn’t know how much it means to me.

I’m also getting to know the newest recruit, Catherine, and I absolutely love how she explains the process and involves me. I’ve booked with her on a Sunday! Can you believe it? It’s amazing! Always thinking of customer service!

All these girls are so talented because they genuinely love what they do. That’s one of Ramona’s core values. She told me that if they don’t enjoy doing it, she doesn’t want them to do that treatment.

As you can see, this salon is truly my happy place.
