No customer service at all. tried replying to shipping email. Tried a message directly to customer service. Tried calling. Nothing. No response. Shipping has been stuck at the “servicing agency” for over a week. UPS has never received the package.

I’ve been using Monatomic ORME products for a while now, and the results are truly remarkable. The quality is outstanding, and I can honestly feel a difference in my energy, focus, and overall well-being. The packaging is professional, shipping is fast, and customer support is excellent. It’s rare to find a brand that combines such purity with noticeable effects.

I can’t even tell you that this product works or that I notice a difference. I paid A LOT of money to get the sets and to try these products out. I can’t even BELIEVE how HORRIBLE this company is in their customer service! No one ever gets back to you to answer any questions about usage or anything, for that matter. I’ve called, emailed, messaged on social media - and they simply IGNORE me! I ditto what the other review said about their non existent customer service. I also have found Blue Emerald and they are VERY attentive and actually get back to you and help you a lot. This company is terrible - I do NOT recommend them. I’m beyond frustrated with their lack of care. I’m trying to find the owner, David to tell him directly. I would hope that he wouldn’t agree to this type of ridiculous treatment towards his customers, after making, supposedly such an intense product. Only thing is, what do you do when you get it?? How do you use it?? The energy from these products is so negative because there is no one to guide you or help you, yet you purchase them to bring a positive growth in yourself. It is counter productive. For the record, I NEVER wrote reviews, but I couldn’t let this go. Go to Blue Emerald instead - she actually answers the phone too and is nice and kind and helpful.

I cannot recommend this company. I attempted to reach out to them three times with questions about their products and waited for several weeks, but never received a response. The lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the high prices of their products. I ultimately chose to go with Blue Emerald Alchemy, and I’m so glad I did. They responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and shipped my order on the next business day. Excellent service and great prices—I’m happy to do business with them!
