The pictures I ordered were stunning and really made my living room a beautiful space.

Die Lieferung kam schnell, das war gut!
Leider ist das Bild 100 × 70 cm (der Apfel) völlig zerknittert angekommen, so dass es ihr reparabel ist!
Ich habe bereits 11 E-Mails an den Support geschrieben auch alle Fotos geschickt. Daraufhin hat man mir nach dem 11. mal endlich retour geschrieben, dass ich Fotos schicken soll was ich dann erneut getan habe … und siehe da nun endlich kam eine Meldung, dass sie mir ein neues Bild schicken werden. Ich bin gespannt und voller Hoffnung …sehr schade , dass sowas passiert da die Bilder sehr schön sind.

I’ve recently ordered three framed prints after admiring them from afar for so long and I am so glad I took the plunge. They were packaged with care and arrived on time as expected. The quality is exceptional and I can’t wait for them to be a centre piece in my new home. I’m already looking at my next order. @Moncasso: Your reply unfortunately repeats exactly what I criticized: standard phrases with no reference to my case. The real issue was the slowness and rigidity of your customer support – almost a week of repetitive exchanges – which you still do not address.

The frame had obvious workmanship defects. To dismiss this as transport damage was a standard excuse I disproved with clear photos, even twice on your request.

I also note that negative reviews are apparently removed on other platforms, including my own. This distorts the picture and may explain the unusually high TrustPilot ratings. Future buyers should be aware of this.

From a brand that promotes itself with “premium quality,” one expects a very different way of handling detailed complaints.

I came across Moncasso via Instagram and ordered a piece in the genuine expectation of receiving the level of quality so lavishly promised in their marketing. What arrived, however, was a frame with obvious flaws in workmanship, white pixels scattered within the image area, and poorly finished edges.

What followed was days of correspondence consisting of repetitive photo requests, shifting explanations (first transport damage, then production flaws – despite clear evidence that poor workmanship is not caused by shipping), and a customer service team unwilling to deviate from rigid scripts or even consider a compromise. Instead of a swift and professional solution, the matter was endlessly recycled.

In the end, a refund of 46 EUR was issued – a figure whose rationale remains obscure – but only after unnecessary delays and repetitive exchanges. Since my own suggestions were categorically ignored and the communication offered no progress, I accepted the refund simply to close the matter.

For a company so keen to showcase itself on social media while advertising “premium quality,” such a formalistic and detached approach to customer care is remarkable – though unfortunately not in a positive way. My experience with Moncasso was unsatisfactory from beginning to end, and prospective buyers should be aware of what to expect.

Fantastic company. The prints are carefully packaged and are of a superior high quality. In fact the quality is so good we need to upgrade the frames we purchased to do the prints justice!
