After realizing that the delivery service had lost my order, customer service stepped in and made sure I got my order. The communication level of customer service is outstanding....AND I love my print. It's beautiful. I will be buying more!

Ordered a print a couple weeks ago. Easy to order, I was updated on when it shipped, and arrived on time. Great quality print as well, you can see it’s on a canvas & see the actual brush strokes. Will definitely be shopping here again

The Moncasso team did a great job with the artwork I ordered. All three items shipped in a reasonable timeframe and they were properly packaged to prevent damage, unlike other online art suppliers. I highly recommend Rick & Anthony and the Moncasso team. Great job!

Finished product is far from the images used to sell the product, be aware

I love the print. It's exactly what I was expecting and it looks amazing on my wall. After months of looking at it on their site I finally purchased and couldn't be happier with the product. Which brings me to the not so great part. I had priced this print out multiple times over the last few months. When I saw they were advertising 50% off, I was ready to purchase! Except after checkout I realized it was the exact same price as it had been for months. They just jacked up the "original" price. I'm will choosing not to do business with them again. The world is full of liars and manipulators. We can't fix them, but in this case I can choose not to support shady marketing practices and bad business.

Dubious about ordering art online, I was pleased with their brilliant service for this beautiful art. I mistakenly ordered 3 prints thinking they had glass coverings. Moncasso responded promptly, offering a refund or a credit voucher for slightly more than I paid as a good will gesture. Very impressed.

Gorgeous print and the gold frame sets it off perfectly.

Delivery took a little longer than expected due to a stock shortage of the gold frame but it was worth the wait and communication was great

Well, after waiting 3 years to find the ‘perfect’ picture for our master bedroom … who would have thought the pink leopard was the one!! It’s perfect and I can’t wait for it to hang in situ to finish our bedroom of dreams (literally!). But that’s not all …. We also chose a grand horned bull to add to our lounge .. another perfect finishing touch. But wait … these things of beauty also arrive quickly and securely AND to our immense delight and surprise ON CANVAS!!! 5 stars doesn’t really seem enough, I can’t wait to find more wall space to fill!! … failing that, perhaps an extension!

There was a real personalised approach. I love the picture, it came very well packaged and was easy to hang. I love it. Love the quality of the print and the depth of the colours

I ordered a couple of pieces of art to be shipped here in the United States. One of the pieces arrived, and there was issues with the second piece. The customer support team, specifically Kris-Anne, Was phenomenal and helping resolve the issue and ensuring that I received my complete order. The pieces look phenomenal and their quality is great.

Ordered a beautiful cloud print from Moncasso (70x100). The colours and print are unbelievable quality and the canvas is extremely thick (something I underestimated when opting to try and frame myself!). When compared to other prints on paper it's just in a different league. Arrived quickly, well packaged and overall very easy process. Will definitely order again and happy to recommend.
