Poor service, careless execution, zero accountability

Mondy.in made tall claims online but delivered one of the worst service experiences we've had. No proper review of documents, vague and last-minute advice, a dead WhatsApp group with no updates, and total silence after our visa was refused. We had to chase them for basic info, and they missed critical elements like hotel bookings until we pointed them out. Once payment was made, the support vanished. Avoid if you're looking for actual expertise and accountability.

Gratitude to Devang - Mondy India


May 2025 ,I am grateful to the Team Mondy India for helping us get a Schengen visa when we thought it was difficult. They were clear with all documents to be submitted, Soumya followed up right thru when I got the bio metrics done. We couldn't ask for anything better . I recommend them and say they are experts in visa .
