Firstly the warm and friendly service rep I spoke too was beyond lovely. I felt listened too and respected. I was taken through all the details of the policy I was interested in after it was recommended for my age and situation. I was patiently responded too when I asked questions and requested information. I had overall a superb experience and I appreciate the continued follow up after my policy starts. For my personal experience I would highly recommend this company
