Not even worth a 1 star rating .constant promises of contact regarding loan progress with no returned calls or email.said I was suitable to apply for up to $12,000 .come back with an offer of $2,000 and wanted my car as security .my credit score is 780 out of a 1000 no defaults .They said my income was sufficient .Then finally withdrew there offer .

For an Age Pensioner like myself, who lost his car in an overnight flashflood (the water rising on the road was just too deep for it to survive; and God knows I tried to save it; it being my best financial option), who has a 91-year-old mother who needs scooting around to places she needs to go … it has been nothing short of a long, drawn-out NIGHTMARE trying to get some finance to get another (semi-decent) vehicle asap. Despite having an extra c$780/mth income (part-pension from UK [but born in Australia]) which could so easily have financed the car loan I wanted, the maximum amount ‘allowed me’ was 10k by ONE company (with all add-ons: 17.8k repayable over 4 years). The car I wanted was only 13.5k, so, the extra was on me to come up with; their limit for me was 10k and no more). Nevertheless, I subsequently was able to get the vehicle I assiduously searched for (dictated by cost restraints of course), also a vehicle that will hopefully save me money in the long-term. Therefore, as MONEY3 was the ONLY company that assisted me in getting to the finishing line of buying an urgently-needed, decent used car, I must give them a 5-Star Review.
Age Pensioners deserve a helping hand/better consideration. It is conspicuous by its absence out there in car-loans world. How sad/bad is that! A fair go? ... Yeh, pull the other one, mate!

‼️ WHEN OUR FIRST GOT THIS LINE, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN MONEY3 5 STARS ⭐️ NOW THEY GET MINUS FIVE STARS I COULD, BUT THE LOWEST I CAN GIVE THEM IS ONE STAR‼️
I’m on a Disability Pension & had only been discharged from Bankruptcy a week earlier & had a very low Credit Score of only 252/1000. However, after saving $100 a week for the previous year, & owning outright a 7 year old car worth over $20,000 at the time (which I had purchased $36,000 in 2017 paying cash), which I had available to sell privately or trade as a deposit on the new car, and willing to use the new car as security on the car loan of only $7000 that I needed - NO “BAD CREDIT OR CENTRELINK RECIPIENT LENDERS” WOULD APPROVE MY APPLICATION FOR A SMALL CAR LOAN⁉️ However MONEY3 DID APPROVE ME but they had a minimum/maximum loan amount for $12,000 - even though I only needed $7000. But they were the only finance company in Australia that would lend to me so I could upgrade to a better car and I thought wow this is really going to increase my credit score. Everything was finalised within 3 days, now I have my dream car - a TOYOTA CHR KOBA! Thank you MONEY3 for the easy application process, fast & friendly service & a chance to rebuild my credit rating! By selling my first car privately I was able to pay an extra $2000 lump sum on the loan taking my loan payments down from 48 months to 34 months! & I’ve also increased my regular payments by $40 to pay the loan off even quicker, paying less interest overall - making my loan payment history look extremely good for increasing my credit score with the credit reporting agencies
‼️🤬UPDATE🤬‼️ I paid this 48 month loan off in just 16 months - thinking wow I’ve done fantastic. My rotten credit score is going to skyrocket now - boy was I wrong‼️ MONEY3 DOES NOT REPORT TO ANY CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES SO MY CREDIT SCORE IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS IT WAS BEFORE I GOT THE LOAN LEAVING ME WITH MY ONLY CHOICE IN THE FUTURE IF I EVER NEEDED ANOTHER LOAN FOR ANYTHING IS MONEY3‼️🤬 They have a $1000 loan application fee; and if most people don’t even know about them - most people like me would have also paid another $1000 to a broker to seek the highest interest loan in the entire of Australia for those who are least likely to afford such high interest rates of 24.99% per annum - but that’s what they play on - your desperation and your need for money when no one else will lend it to you. You have no other choice. They don’t lend you what you need - they lend you more money than you need so you have to pay more interest back. I only needed $7000 but they would only lend me a minimum of $12,000‼️ They give you more money than you need so when you see all of that extra cash you have never seen before because of your ‘poor’ situation. You’re automatically tempted to go out and spend it on a spending spree or a holiday or something you don’t even really need and then you’re stuck paying $20,000 back over a 4 year period. But I recognised that and that’s why I paid a lump sum straight back onto the loan and kept some in the bank but after realising it wasn’t worth paying the 25% per annum interest on that amount of money in the bank which was only gaining 4% per annum bank interest I ended up paying it back onto the loan so I didn’t have to pay an extra 21% on that money than if I kept it in the bank.I increased my fortnightly payments from $190-$230 with no payments even a day late for 16 months plus they also charge $33 a month in account keeping fees on top of your regular payments and interest and loan application fee. There’s also extra fees if you are even one day late with your payments so whether you payments on time or late you still get charged fees then finally when it’s all over they don’t even report your good payment history to a credit reporting agency so my credit score is still 254 out of 1000‼️🤬 WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME EFFORT AND MONEY - the only reason they lent me the money was because they had security on my car, which was worth over twice the loan amount money they did me no favors at all. They just wanted to make money and they do that by praying on the desperate and then not increasing your credit score so you can’t get a cheaper interest loan with anybody else, and if you need another loan, they leave you as their only option again 😡🤬 BUT I DON’T CARE HOW DESPERATE I GET. I AM NEVER BORROWING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVER‼️ I PUT IN AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT TO THE AFCC TO NO AVAIL, THANKS FOR NOTHING “MONEYRIPOFF3”‼️ There’s only one thing I can be thankful for and that is that I did pay the loan off in just 16 months instead of 48 so they did not get as much money out of me in interest as they thought they were going to‼️ Avoid them like the plague no matter how desperate you are 🤬

Needed a second loan for car repairs due to not being my fault as my bumper bar is being held on by gaffer tape. 2 bump and runs and if I claim through my insurance company I will be charged twice. Also moving house. Instead I got a flat NO. Disgraceful I pay my loan repayments plus extra and I'm told I'm a risk. I can not even get a redraw which is in my contract as they have now stated only 1 redraw verbally I will go back to my broker and have the car refinanced with another loan company.

We started off pretty confused but after a few days Matthew from the car sales yard was able to sort out the issue.
After that everything went quite smoothly.
I believe I would recommend Money3 to others if asked.

Quick, easy, friendly and helpful

Disgraceful service - previous excellent account history means nothing to this Company unless your loan is well secured - I recently applied and was rejected - not even asked if I had security, rang back and offered a vehicle unencumbered valued at 28k for a 5-6k loan and was told i could apply again in 3 months - nothing has changed from my first loan- same residence, same income, same job - keep quoting policies - steer clear unless you are a home owner earning mega bucks - then again you'd probably get a better deal elsewhere.
