It easy to apply online and if you go to one of their locations, the staff are expert, friendly and most professional!

Topped up my load online. Was easy and fast. Just had to wait a bit longer (a few hours) to get pre-approved.

It is extremely helpful for last minute expenses to have a company that can help you out. Banks are only interested in helping out people who have a substantial investment with them.

Yesterday,  I was in the middle of an online application and had technical difficulties (on my end) uploading my I.D. 

When I finally was able to upload ID then take a selfie.  It couldn't verify me and all of a sudden my application was gone and I no longer have an option to apply online and I am now forced to go into my local MM. Where I have not had a good experience with the staff and I refuse to go back there.

My first online application was approved,  then due to "glitches" on their end my application was voided. Due to not providing an email, when I had been receiving emails from them regularly throughout my application process. Then they say my phone number was associated with another customer, which I found out was my brother, which might also be the reason for my voided application.

I was never notified about the VOID application and been waiting all week for my $200 loan. 
I understand my credit wasn't the greatest, but I am employed (tax free) and because I don't claim my income, even though I've had a steady income for years my local MM denied me.
I tried using the chat feature,  which was useless. It was such a hassle dealing with Money Mart, unsatisfactory experience and will not ever recommend.

Hetvi was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Money Mart
