AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS DISABLED

1. I still did not recieve my security deposit from V1 panel (120$),
Moneymotion switched to V2 half a year ago which also has a security deposit (250$).

2. This week I did get recieve my payout from my sales. . I have 850$ available funds but „next payout“ shows 0$, and this week says automatic payment disablede im using multiple months moneymotion how he can disable i want enable my payments

No payout, getting ignored by support

1. I still did not recieve my security deposit from V1 panel (120$),
Moneymotion switched to V2 half a year ago which also has a security deposit (250$).

I‘m getting ignored by the support and they refuse to pay my security deposit out.

2. This week I did not recieve my payout from my sales. They did not inform me or request anything. I have 600$ available funds but „next payout“ shows 0$, and this week I did not recieve payout and the support is ignoring my messages.

I dont understand why I‘m getting ignored and not recieving an answer.

My account is fully verified, I was using moneymotion for multiple months with over 25.000$ Volume, but now I assume they disabled my payouts?

I want my payout and I want to know what is happening. And When will I finally get my securty deposit from V1..

BEST OF THE BEST! Using them for months, not a single problem with them, idk what people posting negative reviews have on their mind and probabbly have IQ below 40 but these guys know what they are doing and their service is always top notch!

This website is totally a SCAM

This website is totally a SCAM. Stay completely away from this site.
I bought something through the MoneyMotion.io website. The money was deducted from my credit card, but I received an error on the MoneyMotion payment page. I searched but couldn't even find a contact information to tell this. There isn’t even a single contact detail available.

Payouts blocked and support keeps delaying

My payouts were disabled during an account review. I submitted the requested proof, followed up several times, and still got no clear resolution. Support responses were slow and repetitive, and my funds remain unavailable. Very frustrating experience.

I had a very bad experience with


I had a very bad experience with MoneyMotion as a seller. A customer purchased a product through my checkout, received it, and even used it. After some time, the customer opened a chargeback and the system refunded the money automatically.

The problem is that I never received any notification asking me to submit evidence or respond to the dispute. The refund was processed without giving me any chance to defend the transaction.

Because of this, my account balance is now negative (-$573.64). I am a reseller, which means I already paid for the product from my supplier. So I lost the product AND the money.

Today I was supposed to receive around $500 in payouts, but instead my balance shows negative because of these chargebacks.

This situation is extremely unfair for sellers. A buyer can use the product and then chargeback later, and the platform provides no protection or warning for the merchant.

I have contacted support and I expect a proper explanation and a solution for this issue. If this is how sellers are treated, it will be very difficult to continue using this platform.

I strongly recommend other sellers to be careful and understand the risks before using this service.

While we feel for your situation, disputed transactions are dependant on external factors and, as outlined in our Terms Of Service, MoneyMotion was authorized to refund transactions if required to process chargebacks.
