I have found the people and the service second to none with my equity release . The level of service and detail has been fantastic through "my not so straight forward application". My sincere thanks goes out to Matthew and Surinder who have guided me through the whole experience with full understanding of my situation. I will certainly never forget the support I received from everyone at Money Release in particular Matthew and Surinder. Money Release will always receive a welcome in my home for a cup of tea.

Mathew has been fantastic from the very beginning, explaining the procedures regarding my application., he constantly calls me with updates. Mathew has a warm personality, he is kind and thoughtful and has made the entire process manageable. Mathew has been totally efficient and professional, I would have no reservation in recommending Money Release and Mathew is a credit to his organisation that he represent.

The service I received from Money Release was excellent.
Money release presented themselves and their products well.
Absolutely no pressure apart from that I be aware of the enormity of the action I was intending and take good independent financial advice before I proceeded.
The two courteous and attentive individuals dealing with my application ensured that it progressed smoothly and advised me of its progress at all times.
There were several occasions when urgent help was required and their intervention did avert some critical situations.

Having decided to explore releasing equity from my property I contacted all the Companies offering life time Mortgages. Money Release was my absolute choice after a home visit from Paul Cochrane, Financial advisor for Money Release. Paul was excellent, he very clearly explained the different options, he did not do hard sell or try to pressure me which suited me as I don't like being pressured. Having decided on my option Paul kept me updated re surveyor visit and then confirming my offer details from Avvia. I then received a phone call from Carol Phillips from money Release explaining she was my case handler. Carol was excellent, made regular contact keeping me totally updated every step of the way and linked very efficiently with Aviva .The whole process only took a matter of weeks. I choose to use a local Solicitor which worked very well for me. I can't recommend Money Release highly enough.

Worries; cold sweats; are we doing the right thing?; what are we getting ourselves into?.... You guys made the whole procedure easy & trouble free.

Money Release have acted with alacrity throughout my dealings with them and made every attempt to provide a positive result but were thwarted by an obscure and petty rule that applied to my property.

We've both been so happy with the support we've received from everyone at Money Release but we must make a special reference to Carol who has been our administrator throughout the process. When there have been a seemingly endless series of delays from the lenders (Retirement Advantages) solicitors, Carol has been there for us, keeping us constantly updated and chasing all and sundry on our behalf. Carol is an wonderful representative of your company, we truly cannot thank her enough.

Apart from a false start, mainly due to the idiosyncrasy's of the lender companies, the process went smoothly.
