I completed multiple tasks through the Monlix platform over six months ago. The tasks were clearly listed with promised rewards, and I fulfilled all the conditions exactly as described.

When I realised that the rewards hadn’t been credited, I submitted support tickets with all the required proof — including screenshots, timestamps, and task details.

And then? Absolutely nothing. No answer. No follow-up. Just six months of complete silence.

This is completely unacceptable. I used your platform in good faith, fulfilled my side of the deal, and expected the same in return. Ignoring users who report legitimate issues with full evidence is not only unprofessional — it damages your entire reputation.

I still have all the documentation and I am ready to resend it — again — but after this much time, I expect the matter to be resolved immediately.

Fix this. Pay what’s due. And start treating users with the minimum level of respect.

When I had missing payment that was not much the company responded and resolved but now when I reached a higher level the payment issue has been ignored for over one week now.

I wonder how people feel when they buy food for themselves and their families with the money of deceived users who trusted them? At first, you are paid a small amount, but when the amount of the reward increases, the payment for viewing a large amount of advertising does not come. When you contact support, they send you a list of questions that you must answer to prove that you are not a camel, the list is more complicated than the Green Card survey, although for others one screenshot is enough to prove their case. If you manage to fill it out, you will definitely receive a letter where they write to you that the answers are incomplete (they do not indicate which points), and then they disappear and do not answer any more letters.

Monlix is a scam. when you start a mission they pay you for fast 1 or 2 small mission but when you go to some big mission they will never pay you it is a scam with us . i am influencer and i have a community . All of my member got Scam.

Was für ne Betrüger Seite. Hab die Aufgaben erledigt und wurde ausbezahlt. Einen Tag später haben sie die Auszahlung einfach wieder zurück gebucht.

Don't use there services I sent multiple emails to the company for a issue I had . For a reward I never received for completing a offer . They won't even email back waste of time

I did a task from Monlix through the Freecash app. The task was to register at the Ivibet casino and make a minimum deposit of €5 euros (28 BRL). I deposited 35 BRL, the equivalent of €5.60 euros at the exchange rate of the day. Well, I bet the deposited amount and lost, and Monlix didn't pay me.

I already sent a message to support and they didn't resolve the issue. I sent screenshots showing the registration and the deposited amounts. And they responded with a standard message, don't even read the complaint.

I don't use a VPN. I had never done that offer before. I didn't know about it and I wasn't registered on the Ivibet website.

I am baffled at how scammy Monlix can be and regret so much that I didn't know it before (since their official social networks are full of testimonials like mine). I completed an offer through Freecash from LeonBet casino, spent time and money (since the offer required a deposit of BRL 50,00) and until now (+a month later) I haven't received my reward. There's no chat for real-time support, and they don't reply to my emails (and I've sent a lot). It's unbelievable that their offers are still available on so-called honest sites like Freecash so other unwary people end up being deceived and losing their money and time. Knowing that I will invariably not receive my reward, I will dedicate myself to at least warning other people so that they do not end up falling for the same scam. DO NOT COMPLETE MONLIX OFFERS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT PAY YOUR REWARD.

I've just lost more than 17$ because of this Offerwall.
User on my website was doing the same offer from the same IP for more than 6 hours many many times (more than 130 times). They paid all the 130+ times to my user (despite it is written in the offer "New users only"). So, my user collected all the money and withdrawn all earned from my website.
Than Monlix has just made reversals from my account for all that offers done. So, they paid all 130+ times to my user with the same IP for the same offer and than just take all that payments from my side when my user has already withdrawn everything.
Why your system allows to do the same offer from the same user with the same IP for more than 130 times and looser in this situation is me? Why your system did not stop such actions for such offers?
