Samaa mieltä kuin muutkin arvioijat; monoa tälle alustalle. Aina jokin ongelma, tutkimus keskeytyy syystä jota ei ilmoiteta tai et kelpaa vastaajaksi kun olet jo jonkin aikaa klikkaillut vastauksia. Ja mahdotonta laittaa palautetta eri tutkimusten ongelmista jos käytät tyrkytettyä sovellusta, koska silloin ei voi identifioida sitä tutkimusta, jonka kanssa ongelmia tuli. Ei kannata tuhlata aikaansa tämän kanssa.

Crap company The amount of times I have tried to contact them to take me off their register because they are a waste of time and I still can’t get rid of them every time I change my password because the one I use always says wrong password is unavailable. Sick and tired to the back teeth of their email’s and can’t get rid. They have even replied to me on here previously telling me what to do but still can’t get through to them. MonoSurveys please read this and contact me with a telephone no so I can tell you.

Ich habe eine Umfrage bekommen, die 25 Minuten gedauert hat. Ich habe alles ordnungsgemäß beantwortet und habe 0,23 Euro dafür bekommen, das ist lächerlich.

Bit of a waste of time this site. Get kicked out of most surveys and earn nothing. Been a member since May 2023 (16 months) and only managed to claim a £5.00 Amazon voucher in May 2024, so took me a whole year. Would have preferred Paypal, but not available. Since then my balance has not grown beyond £1.76. Sometimes the log-in does not work either. If you message them they do not reply! Do much better on other sites.

Man bekommt eigentlich gefühlt alle 100 Jahre mal eine Umfrage und muss vorher trotzdem etliches ausfüllen. Das ist einfach Grottenschlecht. Einzig die Auszahlung über Paypal funktioniert, über einen Gutschein kann ich nichts sagen.

Das Panel bzw. das Unternehmen ist absolut unseriös und nicht zu empfehlen! Bei nahezu allen zur Verfügung gestellten Umfragen werden zunächst reihenweise Daten erhoben, bevor dann plötzlich die Meldung kommt, man passe nicht zur Umfrage. In einzelnen Fällen sind dann 50 % der Umfrage abgearbeitet mit einem Zeitaufwand von 5-10 Minuten, ohne eine Vergütung bzw. Anerkennung. Einfach verschenkte Zeit. Das ist sehr unseriös! Wenn man dann eine Belohnung in Form eines Gutscheins bestellt , passiert nichts. Das Guthaben wird um den Gutschein-Betrag verringert, und das war es dann. Deshalb kann auch ich nur raten:
Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Der Zeitaufwand ist enorm- meist ohne eine Anerkennung oder Gutschrift. Dieses Unternehmen steckt sich von den Forschungsinstituten das Geld ein, das die für die Beantwortung der Umfragen zahlen. Von daher ist die Bewertung “mangelhaft” noch zu gut.

Väldigt många undersökningar är jag inte berättigad till, ofta efter att ha utfört en stor del av undersökningen.

Das Panel ist höchst Fragwürdig. Hatte am 11.07.24 eine Belohnung in Form eines Gutscheins angefordert. Die Anforderung ist bis heute 7.8.nicht bearbeitet. Auch auf Nachfragen erhält man keine Rückmeldung.
Deshalb Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Wenn die so mit ihren Kunden verfahren, wird sich das hoffentlich bald erledigt haben

Survey rewards - when you actually get them - are pathetically low. Equivalent of working for pence - not pounds - an hour. I'd advise giving this company a miss. There are far better survey companies out there.

Om du är kvinna och över 70 år, ska du inte räkna med att få delta.

Har inte motivation att delta i undersökningar utan en bra ersättning i pengar. Att vara med om utlottning av 100kr? Nej inget för mig.

Auf der Website wird mit der Einlösung in paysafecards geworben. Diese ist trotz Erreichen von 10 € Plus nicht erhältlich. Der Support reagiert seit Tagen nicht auf meine Anfrage. Daher leider nur 1 Punkt.
Update 01.07.2024: Der Support hat es bis heute nicht geschafft zu antworten!

They send plenty of surveys via email unlike a lot of sites but 95% of them are already closed or don't exist. When you do actually complete one, the cash reward very rarely gets added to your balance. The complaint form is so hard to find and they never reply anyway. I would quite happily complete every survey they send but I'm not doing anymore until they add the right amounts to my balance for the ones I've already done.

I enjoy doing the surveys. For a first time I claimed reward through PayPal, but as I can't access the account due to mobile no change and PayPal won't help. I have changed email connected to mono surveys , but can't have the monies small though it was. I contacted mono surveys to ask if they could send to my other PayPal account connected to the email now registered on my profile . But have had no reply.
I also registered for Enques surveys through link from mono surveys but so far received No surveys ??
So sorry monosurveys can't rate higher till I receive some help Please. The month is nearly up and will loose this transferred monies if not sorted soon.

Is Mono Surveys a con? I have messaged them through the site on several occasions and never get a reply.
There are hardly any surveys that can be completed and it has taken me a year to get to a balance of £5.00 to cash out. I wanted it to go to Paypal, but that option appeared to be no longer available, so I had to click on the only one that appeared, an Amazon Gift Card. Said I would receive the code within the hour, but here we are a day later and still no code.
How am I supposed to make contact with this company?

Too often I am cut off half way through a survey and am told the fault is at my end which is not true and also the number of times I give all my details and then I am told that I am not suitable after you have taken them.
