Fairly new customer but very happy so far . The shampoo is lovely, and makes my hair full of body and shine

Excellent products. I've used these products for the past 4 weeks and can already see a difference in my hair and scalp. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t like it! I ordered the Silk protein shampoo, Essence conditioner and Follicle boost. The shampoo doesn’t feel nice in my hair at all and leave its feeling really matted! You also have to use quite a bit to even be able to rub it in properly, for the same reason. (My hair is chin length)
Because of this you have to use enough conditioner to be able to de-matt hair! The conditioner does leave hair feeling nice.
I have been using daily for 3 weeks and i feel more hair is falling out, maybe due to the matting the shampoo causes! My hair never, ever matts! Its very fine and silky.
I have also been using the Hair boost serum and so far its done absolutely nothing except smell nice and cause my hair to be greasy by the second day.
Really disappointed as i thought “you get what you pay for” and thats not the case here, for me anyway. Small bottles. Over priced considering no effect and not a nice hair washing experience.

I made my hair greasy. I will continue using it at least 2x week at least to be able to see any results in time.

Very easy to use, received very quickly, lovely packaging

I was really impressed by the packaging, yet to use the product.

Have been using the products for 3 months to give them a chance. I like their approach and my hair is definitely in better condition. However my main reason for trying Monpure was hair loss - it hasn’t helped and my hair loss has continued. The packaging is beautiful and would be wonderful if buying as a gift. But it goes straight in recycling bin and I would rather they spent less on packaging and reduce the price of products.

This is the second time I have purchased Monpure Scalp Scrub and it is excellent. This time I have also bought one for my daughter, whose hairdresser had commented on her tight, inflamed scalp and she herself had been feeling it very itchy and uncomfortable .
I look forward to hearing about improvement when she starts to use this “scalp changing “ product.

Strengthening Shampoo and conditioner seems lovely - only used once but sadly the conditioner arrived with the seal broken on it - it could have been tampered with? Or just faulty; anyway I’ve emailed for replacement- fingers crossed for a good response.

Monpure is just amazing. It exfoliates your scalp leaving it feeling amazing. The hair density treatment really works and encourages growth. I would definitely recommend using these products. I have tried all products and love them.

I have only one used it for 2 weeks so I can’t comment on growth / results from using it for a while. But my hair feels so light weight and silky and there are hardly any tangles

I can only rate the shipping so far. The product arrived in a timely manner. It was nicely packaged. I would agree with some of your other customers in sharing that your spend less on packaging and share the reduced packing costs with your customers. With as much trash as we humans create, less to throw away can only be considered a blessing for our planet.

As for the product, I have only been using it for 4 days. The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling soft. I have not been using this long enough to comment on any hair growth at this point.

I LOVE Monpure products! They leave my scalp soothed and flake-free and my hair smooth and glossy.

I really like what I've read about the scalp serum (especially reviews). It smells lovely. I've only started using it but am hopeful for great results soon.
