Great team !

Excellent ! My husband and my brother went for the individual buggies and they had a blast ! The dunes and the views were breathtaking. My parents and I waited for them and the team took us to a lovely waiting room decorated like a desert tent with air conditioning. They let us through everywhere to take pictures. Amazing service, great team thank you !

Pas fiable

J’ai réservé un tour avec Monster Expérience. Au dernier moment, ils disent que le gouvernement interdit les tours dans le désert et qu’ils doivent annuler. (Les autres entreprises n’ont apparement pas reçu les mêmes consignes puisqu’on a réservé avec une autre).
J’ai bien sûr été débitée et je dois me battre pour obtenir mon remboursement. Ils annoncent que le temps de remboursement peut être long comme ma banque n’est pas aux UAE, par contre pour débiter le montant la c’est trÚs trÚs rapide
 Je ne recommande pas, ce n’est pas fiable du tout
