Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung. Die Lieferung hat ewig gedauert und war letztendlich nur möglich, nachdem ich mehrmals den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe. Konkret hat der Versand knapp drei Wochen gedauert – und das für eine Lieferung aus den Niederlanden nach Deutschland, die normalerweise höchstens 2–5 Tage dauern sollte. Als Begründung wurden zwei Feiertage genannt, was zeitlich für mich absolut keinen Sinn ergibt.

Der Support war zwar immer höflich und bemüht, aber es kann einfach nicht sein, dass man seiner eigenen Bestellung hinterherlaufen und täglich E-Mails schreiben muss, nur damit das Paket überhaupt pünktlich ankommt.

Insgesamt hatte ich das Gefühl, dass in der Firma bzw. auf der Website vieles nicht wirklich organisiert abläuft.

Zur Qualität: Einige Piercings sind zwar noch akzeptabel, aber die Ohrringe (also kein Piercing-Schmuck), die ich bestellt habe, sind bereits beim Einsetzen auseinandergebrochen – die Verarbeitung wirkt sehr billig.

Auch wenn der Kundenservice freundlich ist, werde ich hier definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen. Der Aufwand, den man als Kunde hat, ist einfach viel zu hoch im Vergleich zu anderen Shops.

my honest review ..i cannot rate this company enough especially susan who gave me fantastic customer service after i ordered the wrong earring size …new to having my 2 3 and 4 lobes i ordered too small and needed to return . she let me exchange and was extremely helpful with emails going back and forth ! will definitely be ordeing again thank you susan

Don't buy. It's horrible shop. The items are never as described and they make the returns process is painful as possible! You can’t return piercing. There are lots of other piercining shop. NEVER BUY IN THIS SHOP. Never you get back money.

I have used monster piercing twice and both times I’ve had no issues. The jewellery is ordered the first time was too small but that was my error, so I reordered the correct size and have had no issues.

The items are never as described and they make the returns process as painful as possible! They overprice shipping and then charge you for returning items on top. There are lots of other piercings stores that provide far better quality and service - go to one of them and save yourself the headache!

Great seen these amazing nipple bars and had to get them absolutely in love and order some earrings and a septum ring because of it absolutely love them and shocked the reviews r this bad lol

Very poor service. I would not recommend. I bought the sterling silver opal nose ring in Gold, when it came it looked fine and I immediately started wearing it. Less than five days later it started to tarnish, eventually after 7 days it turned black. I messaged customer service only to be told I would need to "remove" the nose ring after every use, completely defeating the purpose of the product.I have a similar nose ring which I purchased for £3 which turned black also, but that one was in fact gold plated copper - so I'm disappointed Monster Piercing can even advertise that their product is 925 Sterling Silver when it's very obviously a cheap base metal.

I ordered and earring from here and it was supposed the be lilac. What arrived was a light blue earring with only one barley lilac stone and it looked nothing like what it was supposed to. I’m very disappointed and it wasn’t worth trying it return it for a refund as you only hey half your money back.

I ordered an item that was too small (my fault, didn't check the sizing), but the customer service was wonderful and helped me resolve it easily. I had opened the packet already but they took the item back and exchanged it for the right size. Start till finish it was super easy to order, delightful to have a real person helping to resolve it, and I'm really pleased with the end result and the item I purchased.

Very poor customer service. I purchased some clicker rings and received segment rings after 2 week of waiting for a response they expect me to send back at my expense! Ridiculous service

So disappointed with my purchase .. I bought a gold hinged sleeper earing I chose the diameter and gold thickness being the one down from the thickest... For it's cost it was my most disappointing purchase all Christmas it was a gift for my man but as it was a Xmas pressies it is too late to return it. Flimsy to say the least and quite embarrassing to give a man as a gift.
This matter has since been resolved their customer service staff were absolutely fabulous , my hiccup shall we say has been dealt with with utmost professionalism and all parties are happy. I did in fact order the wrong measurement of gold as I miss understood the system ( fault on my part) the above review is rather unfair in hindsight and was written in a moment of haste without properly checking the order placed. For this I can only apologise, the delivery was on point as was the resolution.

Beware: A friend bought me some call-closure rings as a gift from Monster but they are ludicrously small, comedically small ~ sincerely I don’t know what part of human anatomy they could possibly fit. At £6 a pop too!
A look on the website reveals reviews of other people caught out by this expensive miniscule jewellery. Unscrupulous.

Delivery took a little longer than I expected but I'm pleased with my purchase. Good quality jewellery, nose ring is very shiny, came in nice little gift box too. Will be ordering more piercings 👍🏼

Paid for next day delivery, 3 days later and my order was still not even posted, no reply from customer service.

Still ongoing over 8 days later, refusing refund and ignoring emails.
Do not purchase from them! Scam!!

First time ordering from this company and I have to say they’re pretty good. Placed order on a Friday and received purchase on the following Tuesday. Segment rings were nicely packaged inside a small box. I take a 9mm for my septum piercing and there’s a nice selection from this company. Didn’t need to contact customer service so I can’t comment on that but I will definitely order again in future.

Found a 9mm septum on here which is SO RARE to find. Came relatively quickly, would definitely buy from here again. Was a bit skeptical as they had no reviews on Trustpilot but hope this helps !! :) xx
