Cela fait depuis le 07 Avril que j'attends mon gain après plusieurs relances toujours la même réponse bidon, aucun sérieux vous gagnez une certaine somme d'argent et quand vous voulez transférer votre gain directement sur votre compte bancaire cela prend trop de temps il travaille avec notre somme honnêtement gagné. Despite multiple attempts to contact support via chat and email, I only receive repeated generic responses such as “please wait” or “we are processing your request,” with no clear explanation, status update, or timeframe.
I have already submitted a formal complaint to their support email, but I have received no meaningful response.
This is completely unacceptable. I request immediate processing of my withdrawal and a clear explanation of the delay.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will continue reporting my experience publicly and escalate the complaint to their licensing authority.
I am including all relevant details and screenshots as evidence of my attempts to resolve this issue.

I have been waiting 18 days to be payed out my 230 dollars in winnings. When you win you should be paid out in a reasonable amount of time. I was told I'm prioritized with accounting and that they are aware of the delay. I made the withdrawl on March 17 it is now April 04. If they take 18 days to pay out 230.00 imagine if you won a significant amount. They would probably have to close the doors. Solicitei R$ 1.500 em 07/11, R$ 1.500 em 08/11 e R$ 1.800 em 09/11. Depois disso, ainda fiquei com saldo de R$ 8.000 na conta.
