I ordered the Averso sunglasses and I really like them. They came with a really nice case and the finish is very high quality. They have a nice weight to them and I don't have to worry about losing them because they're a fraction of a price of my RayBans 🤣

This company is a scam. The website looks attractive, but: The return address on the delivery package is a wholesale club in California, the company address on the website is in Florida, in a building that houses a recruitment agency, an insurance company, and a UPS. If a return is requested, the story is that it has to be sent to Sweden. Stating the cost of the return to Sweden, customer service suggests a 20% refund--which was actually done! --but that means Montaveo keeps the rest. They allowed me to keep the products, which are not as advertised, are poor quality, have no labels for size, brand, or fabric care, and are carelessly packaged. One star is too many.

Buyer beware with this company. I ordered quantity two plaid shirts, size 2XL. What the label said I received was a 3XL; however after trying them on they were maybe a large. Once notifying customer service I was told I could get a refund but would have to pay shipping which is usually more then what I purchased these shirts for. They also offered me a 20 percent credit for receiving the wrong item. I gave the shirts to some friends and asked for the credit. We will see if I receive it. At any rate this company made money off of me and I lost money do to their incompetence. Thank you GT

Update: I see their reply, but I have already contacted them several times and they did not help. Don’t believe these bogus replies about wanting to help…they don’t help even though they send cheap replicas that are not the size you ordered.

Sent me the wrong size shirt. Also, the quality is awful. It does not look like the high quality shirt shown in the website picture and is certainly not the "premium cotton blend" they described. The cost to return is high (their words, not mine), so they offered me a 30% refund to keep the awful shirt that is not my size.

Wish I would have read these reviews before I bought two shirts from them. My horrible experience is the same as everyone else who wrote a 1 star review. Stay away from this company!

Worst product, customer service and company ever. They knowingly ship you the wrong items and their response is to offer you discount to the website to purchase new items. Why would anyone buy again from a company that will not honor their business. I ordered 2 large shirts, they sent me XXL shirts and they fit like smalls. When questioned about it, they said it's expensive for me to ship them back for a full refund and that it's easier to just purchase new ones from the website with the discount. Total racket and scam. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I did attempt to reach out to you multiple times and you refuse to cooperate in a professional and customer service based manner you kept giving me the runaround and to date. I still have the product with absolutely no service from you at all, still the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. There’s a reason your online reviews are as bad as they are if there was a way to give this company an absolutely -20 stars I would, and I’m not even sure that’s appropriate. It should be worse.

Do not believe what you see.
The sweater I ordered was cashmere.
The sweater I got was some blend and not cashmere. There was no sizing or fabric content labels, nor a brand. It’s cheaper crap.
They do offer returns, if you ship the product back to Sweden, which is totally expensive. A very crappy experience. Stay away.

This store is a complete scam. Do not order anything from them. Then when ask for refund. They said keep shirt and will refund 7dollars. False advertising…

Same issues as everyone else. Ordered 3 cashmere sweaters in Medium, got them in XL. Phone number does not exist. Googled the address, a shipping company that is permanently closed comes up.
Update: so, I decided to keep the sweaters and possibly give them to my daughter. I tried one on. It is marked XL, but I think it’s more a Large. And it is long. It’s very comfortable but now I think since the sweater in XL is less than true to size, perhaps if I had gotten the Nedium it may not have been true to size. I decided to keep them sort of like a tunic.

Absolutely a dishonest company from my experience! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!
Their return policy is unacceptable as they ask you to return the product to Europe at your own expense, which would be more expensive than the purchase price of their products.
Extreme caution is urged.

I'm a bigger guy (ex American football lineman) and I ordered a 3XL shirt, it looks like it would fit a larger child...Sleeve came to mid forearm and in no lifetime would I be able to button it up and as the other review stated.... they want me to pay for the shipping of a correct sized shirt!

I want you to know there customer service is the worst I ordered a size M and they send me XL I have to pay to return the shirt when it was there mistake not mine they won’t fix there mistake

I did not receive the item described on the website extremely poor quality made in China. It was not a standardized shoe. I also ordered an additional same shoe and size and immediately requested to cancel it due to it was in error. The website indicated for any cancellation prior to shipping my money would be refunded and instead it was not mailed to me.

I ordered a size small sweater from Montaveo, but they sent me a large. Now they expect me to pay shipping to return the wrong size all the way back to Sweden and cover the shipping for the correct size. In other words, they want me to pay for their mistake. Shipping a sweater to Sweden costs nearly as much as buying a new one. Even though they admitted this was their error, they’re still asking me to pay all the costs to fix it. Completely unacceptable and terrible customer service.

The verno knitted sweater was a sale pickup, and while it’s soft and comfortable, the fit isn’t as snug as I’d have liked. That said, the quality is still better than anything you’d find in chain stores at this price. Good for laid-back wear, just not my top choice for sharper outfits.

Unfair business practices.

First, company shipped the incorrect sizes. Wanted to return items.
-No where to initiate a return anywhere.
-Website was not fully functional. Link to track order went to a dead end. Asked if we wanted to purchase the domain.
-Phone # to "contact" company was also a dead end. No ring, no voicemail...zip.
-Email from "Annabelle" (bot) finally. Was told that I was responsible for return shipping fees. And these fees would be higher than usual as the new return destination was in the EU.
-Or I could keep the items at a 20% discount. THEY DON'T FIT! Why would I keep them?
-Or they would send the correct size...at my shipping expense.

Consumer here did NOTHING WRONG. I ordered the correct items and waited to receive them. They charged my CC long before anything arrived
Company shipped incorrect sizes! Why is the consumer responsible for any part of the company's mistakes?
It's not like The fit wasn't right or the color wasn't true. They sent the WRONG ITEMS!

I requested a refund...crickets. No answer.

PS: Though I did not wear any of the items received...the material is flimsy and cheap.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam company.

HUGE FRAUDULANT COMPANY. BEWARE BUYERS!
Customer service number?? A constant and consistent busy signal. Bought a $300 silverware set which I could’ve bought at the dollar store and it would have been better quality. Extremely disappointing and it’s time that everyone start writing to the Better Business Bureau. They will get shut down if enough customers right terrible review reviews.

My Marco cashmere sweater is honestly indulgent. The fabric breathes but keeps warmth in, and every time I wear it, people assume it’s some designer piece. It really elevates simple outfits.
