The custom piece of furniture I bought is of poor quality and is not performing well. After 7 months of use I am embarrassed to have it in my home. It is taking over a month to get any action from the staff concerning options to have it fixed.

This was so much fun to shop here!! Emily worked with me and my Mom and also my daughter!! They do an amazing job helping you get what you want. I will be shopping here more!!

Sara was very knowledgeable and friendly. She had great suggestions and listened to what my wants and needs were.

I recently shared my experience with Montgomery’s Furniture. While I am
happy with the furniture that we purchased, I encountered a few issues following the purchase. Since sharing my thoughts, I immediately heard from Anita, the director of sales, as well as the salesperson. I appreciate the concern shown to me by Anita, and how receptive she was to listening to my situation. She made several offers to try to rectify the situation, and I was very impressed with her willingness to do so.

My wife and I had some floor coverings installed from Montgomery's, there is some issues with the sheet vinyl. I was sick when John from Sioux falls called, I returned the call after I was feeling better and left a voicemail, no response.

I am glad that we did not have the whole house done by them. They knew we were in the market for new furniture. I'm not talking about a couch or a chair. I'm talking about buying at least 3 bedroom sets, living room furniture, dining room set, along with a family room set. So, enough money worth of household stuff.
After our experience, we went somewhere else for the furniture and will not be purchasing anything from Montgomery's in the near future.

The designer was very cognizant of my tastes and to also use some of my items that might be included in the design. She tried her very best to find quality products at the best cost. Her design was a total success and I was very pleased with the outcome

I worked with Emily M. in the Sioux Falls SD store. Emily is professional, creative, respectful and a joy to work with. I would recommend her expertise to anyone. Montgomery's offers a broad spectrum of styles and a great selection of design products are available. Their employees are courteous and helpful. One of SD's best in furniture, art and decor.

All was good but the one corner of coffee table was damaged and was not when we bought it. Montgomery's took care of it asap and their service was outstanding. 100% satisfied
