I had a really disappointing experience with this company.

I ordered a wine and golf–themed gift basket for my manager, based on the product photos and description on their website. What was delivered looked nothing like what was advertised. Instead of a golf-themed cookie, they included a Christmas cookie — completely off theme and inappropriate for the professional setting this was meant for.

When I contacted customer service, they justified it by saying substitutions are allowed and that I agreed to their terms and conditions. I understand substitutions for unavailable items, but this was not a similar replacement. The entire theme and presentation of the basket was different, which defeats the purpose of ordering a themed gift in the first place.

Rather than taking accountability, they essentially implied I should be grateful they delivered it quickly and that I shouldn’t expect a refund — even though it did not resemble what I ordered. Extremely disappointing customer service and misleading product presentation.

I would not recommend this company if you’re expecting to receive what you actually paid for.

I wish I had read these reviews befor ordering from this company . placed the oder for a birthday delivery date. which they missed haven't received yet so dont know if will be as described.

Do not use this company ! They Bait and switch!!!! What you see in the photo is not what you get. My aunt ordered multiple gift baskets — and they substituted everything. Red wine came in a box marked “sparkling wine”. Fancy balsamic vinegar was replaced by Aldi salad dressing. The supposed fancy barrel it was supposed to be presented in was replaced by a wood box with a broken lid (cracked in half!) and broken hinge missing 2 screws. No way it was broken in shipping — Screws were not in the box.

I order 1K of products.

When requesting assistance to find my package as it was not being updated on the tracking. I was directed to their disclaimer.

When the package came it was destroyed. Much to the packaging was broken as well as one of eight bottles. The reply I received after sending pictures was they were not going to do anything about it.

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a Christmas gift on Nov 30th to arrive on Dec 23rd. I also paid for an upgrade to the gift basket.

The order was not shipped until Dec 22 via Fed Ex ground and not delivered on time. The recipients confirmed the items I paid to upgrade WERE NOT included.

There is no way to get ahold of this company. I called and got a full VM box on almost all options in their phone tree. I finally did leave a message in the one box that allowed them and, a week later, have gotten no response.

I then replied to the email confirming the order - it bounced back as an invalid address. I replied to the shipping confirmation email, also bounced back. I tried the email address listed in the order confirmation - also bounced back as an invalid address.

I went to their website and sent emails to EVERY email listed on their customer service page. They all bounced back as undeliverable.

In total I tried to email nine times and every single email bounced back as being sent to an invalid address.

I guess I am lucky that the basket got delivered at all but it was not what I ordered and paid for. I had to file a dispute with my CC company in order to get the money back I paid for the upgrade.
