Absolutely terrible experience with both their products and customer service. I ordered 8 of the Flush mount Sottile lights. They all repeatedly fell off of the ceilings in our properties (how is that even possible) !?!? They are a terrible design and don’t work. Multi Lighting refused to refund the hundreds of dollars I spent on a faulty product. I would NEVER shop here again and recommend you avoid purchasing their cheap products.

I recently ordered lighting online from Montreal Lighting & Hardware and had a great experience from start to finish. Their website was easy to navigate, with detailed product information and a wide selection of fixtures to choose from.

After placing my order, I received timely updates and clear communication throughout the process. The item arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.

I bought a few light fixtures from this store. The experience has met all expectations. I would definitely recommend this business.

Après avoir attendu 6 semaines pour recevoir mon luminaire, il arrive sans l'adapteur pour prise de courant nord américaine. Je ne peux pas le brancher, le luminaire (cher!) est donc inutilisable. J'appelle le jour même pour signaler. Un agent me répond et me dit qu'il va voir s'il peut m'en envoyer un. Je n'ai ni délai, ni numéro de confirmation ou dossier pour ce cas. Je lis le lendemain sur le site web de Montreal Lighting and Hardware qu'il faut écrire au service à la clientèle pour toute réclamation. Ce que je fais dans l'instant. Depuis aucune réponse. J'ai envoyé 3 messages et c'est lettre morte. Tout cet argent dépensé et tout ce temps perdu pour ce faire traiter comme ça, c'est vraiment inacceptable.
Edit: j'ai finalement reçu une réponse du service à la clientèle avec un suivi de l'item manquant mais pas de réponse concernant ma demande de retour.
