I've used Montret before. The band I ordered was on back order. The support team was promptly let me know, and offered me 2 different swap options to choose from.

Unfortunately, the timepiece is gold, and I needed a band that has a matching clasp for the aesthetics. Ended up opting for the refund until I fully restore the timepiece, anyway.

Not a big deal at all. Just wanted to have a band ready. Always a pleasure dealing with Montret. Will definately re-order here in a month or two.
