Ordered sofa bed with B&Q via their app. It did say item was via marketplace seller. Item ordered and paid. Got info on delivery tracker. By 13th July tracker said delivered but no to me. Called B&Q they sent message to monumart. Message returned was “ your package may have been lost during shipping. When we attempted to resend the goods, we discovered that there was only one left, and it also had some noticeable flaws. In this case, we would like to process the refund” Subsequent messages included “ Regrettably, we are currently out of stock of the product that you had ordered and are unable to send you a replacement at this time.” And “ Regarding the sofa, it is a little different from the one you ordered. We are unable to resend” . All questionable inconsistencies by seller. Tacked but lost. Out of stock but still showing as in stock with B&Q and another large retailer. Still waiting for refund, which I had to confirm twice with them. Avoid this seller.

Ordered an office chair for £29.99 through Tesco Marketplace. Got a Yodel tracking number that never matched my postcode. Seller told me the item was "lost" and they had no more stock. Accepted the refund, then found the same seller relisting the exact same chair at £49.99 the same day. Order was marked as "delivered" even though nothing ever arrived.

Tried again on eBay not realising it was the same company under a different name. Exact same thing happened. Same fake tracking number issue, same "lost" excuse, same "delivered" status on an order I never received.

Asked for proof of dispatch both times. Refused both times.
