Hey Omar,
I’m sorry you had a bad start to the Challenge. We did have a technical glitch (that was out of our control) that impacted some members for a brief period of time. I was very disappointed and hope it doesn’t happen again.
That being said, Nate started an hour before the markets opened just to teach (he couldn’t even trade because options don’t trade until 9:30am)… and throughout the challenge we had replays available and several Q&A sessions.
Nate Bear was on camera a good chunk of time, but Dman and Nate G. each had about 1-2 hours per day.
I hope that this explanation makes sense. We will have more in the future and we are now doing free live trainings every week inside of Monument Traders Live (Chris Johnson). I’d love to see you in there and learning!

Great Contest with Actionable Prizes
I liked that Monument Traders conceived of the contest, pulled it off fairly successfully, and gave out great prizes! I know that the behind-the-scenes programming/coding was enormous. I also liked that you kept a running tab of the top-10 Leaderboard.
The 7 things that were annoying:
1. My first 2-days log-on time was ~20 minutes delayed. Why? Because I did not pay the $29 fee?
2. Brokerage platform was difficult to maneuver compared to the 3 platforms that I currently use. A little pre-practice time would have been nice.
3. Your brokerage platform must have been running on a time delay as the stock prices were never real time when I compared to my active platform pricing.
4. I realize you have a business to run and generating revenue streams was the goal. Nevertheless, Monument Traders was over-the-top with the constant bombardment to sign-up, including this Review format!
5. The Chat box was totally annoying and near impossible to ignore. You had idiots chatting about NFL football games during your presentations!
6. Not enough time given to share which charting software N. Bear was using and wayyyyy too many lines and colors without any real explanations.
7. And the most annoying of all was your platform would not allow Sell orders over 200% of the Bid.

You are absolutely right. We had an extremely fluky bug with our login system that happened at the worst possible time. I was / am very upset about it. Even though we resolved it after 20 minutes… that’s not the experience we like to give people, especially with an event like this. It has nothing to do with the VIP upgrade (those were lunchtime/after market bonus events). My apologies. I’m happy to send you the replay of the part you missed!
With our Monument Traders Battleground paper trading platform… that’s a little different. We definitely still have still have some work to do… and I have a call with the team on Monday morning to discuss a huge list of improvements. I’m glad you were able to have success with it though and
I’m sorry to hear about your experience in the chat (including our full membership offers). We try to keep the experience fun … and yes we do have a business to run. It’s sometimes a hard balance all of that.
I hope you will continue to be apart of our community and learn from our experts. We have a lot of cool things ahead and we are constantly looking to improve.

These guys are the real deal
These guys are the real deal. They walked the walk. I have been trading options for a few years with no profits to show for my efforts. During the free Christmas Holiday trading challenge I increased my account by 57%. In 2 days my account went from 26k to over 41k. That's a 57% increase. This was me trading with their guidance. Real money no gimmicks. Thanks guys!!!

Best Moderators Ever
I have been a member of MTA since inception, in one service or another. The services are wonderful, and the hosts and moderators are knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and helpful. No matter how many times a question is asked, it is always answered without frustration. For anyone wishing to learn about trading, this is the place. I am trading right now with Nate Bear in his Profit Surge Trader. Its a great crew. Nate also hosts numerous free sessions in his DPL service that are open to anyone and if you have issues signing up, like I did this morning, the moderators are there to help. J.V. (my moderator) stayed with me until my issue (faulty laptop) was resolved. I can't recommend this service enough, or give it enough stars.

Learning to make winning trades every day
There's a lot of support and confidence gained from being in the chat room and it seems like there is going to be more in-depth training coming, which is really exciting. I've gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from Nate and the gang. I have gone from being a curious option trader, just dabbling, to a solid option trader. My win rate has consistently been above 70% most weeks, and I feel like I've learned another language. I now trade almost every day and I'm looking forward to continuing to be in the room!

Not as good as they claim to be
I use the service for trading options.
cANNOT RECCOMEND ..THEIR RESULTS ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAOM .. usually because their fills are better than retail.
Also, questions are often not answered in time to catch trades.
The people there overrate their results.

I wanted to clarify a few things that you mentioned in this review. We are placing these trade alerts in real-time, along with the members the alert is sent to. These alerts are sent directly to members via the live streams of the service, as well as via mobile notification and email, where members are given the first opportunity to enter the trades. The people you are referring to are real members with real gains based on entering the trades upon receiving the alerts. We are by law not permitted to post results that are false or "claimed".
We would be more than happy to help make sure you have all alerts set up properly so that you can experience the success like many others! Please reach out to us in the moderation channels on our site and we are always there to help, and reply quickly from 9am-4pm ET Monday through Friday!

Excellent Training by and for Traders
I love the training that is offered daily. Not every trade is a win, but the tacticians make every effort to explain what they are seeing going into each trade so that we can learn to spot similar trade setups. They also discuss exit criteria for each trade. And they will walk thru what went right and what went wrong with many of the trades.

Regarding the trades being expensive… our services teach a wide variety of different strategies and some by nature of the markets are more expensive than others. At the end of the day we are not financial advisors and are here to teach to you the strategies.

Investment advice from MTA has helped…
Investment advice from MTA has helped me gain valuable knowledge in day trading as well as more longer term investments. Having daily contact via the War Room and Daily Profits Live are first class. A better understanding of the tools to use and proper trade management has been excellent.

What I learned from MTA changed my life
What I learned inside of the war room and in daily profits live I’ve changed my life financially for the better. Things I want or risky I have less risk than things that I was advised to do by so-called professionals in the past.

Live trading experts during the trading day
Listening live to Karim's and Brian's thinking on each trade. Them being with us live during the trading day is like no other service out there and it's superior. I love Karim's Put Sells. He took the time to explain them to us and now I use it all the time.
