Bought the midi skirt mainly for office days. It fits my waist perfectly and doesn't ride up when I walk which is rare for me. The fabric feels strong but still feminine, packaging was neat no issues there.

The wrap dress fits really nice without clinging anywhere and that was my biggest worry. The fabric just falls smooth and looks good even without ironing. Delivery took an extra day but support replied quick so no big deal.

Grabbed these straight fit jeans and they actually sit right on the waist. Not too tight not too loose which is hard to find. I’ve worn them a few times already and they still look fresh.

DO NOT TRUST! No refund issued to me and quality was horrendous.

So annoyed at myself for not looking at reviews before ordering. I got boots from this company two months ago. Have worn them less than 10 times and the sole/stitching has come off the boot. Such poor quality. Emailed them a few times now and no reply. AVOID!!

The cardigan is exactly the lightweight style I needed. Soft on the arms and not itchy. Wrapped neatly in tissue paper.

Buy from this brand at your own risk. Items are not as described, shipping is lengthy and returns are complicated. You have to return to the Netherlands at your own own expense which means you lose a significant amount of money either way. I’m so disappointed.

Still no refund as promised, SCAM.

Wish I had read these reviews beforehand, total scam, ordered a puffer jacket thinking it was coming from a UK company, waited 4 weeks to be sent a cheap replica from China , nothing like the picture, tried ringing, no reply tells you to email for returns form, have now emailed them 4 times and guess what, no reply, it's extremely frustrating and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Do not buy from this company. The product is nothing like the advertising/marketing, it’s a cheap imitation at premium price.
They don’t abide by the UK online buying rules on refunds. In fact you won’t get a refund (full stop)

I would have given minus 1 star if it was an option. I ordered men's cashmere jumper in size L. It took three weeks for it to arrive instead of promised 5 working days. There was no communication at all! I tried to ring the number to chase my order provided on the website. It didn't exist! I was told the number was incorrect and didn't exist! I sent an email asking for a refund as my order still hadn't arrived and there was no response. Eventually my order arrived after 3 weeks only to find that a men's jumper was more of a boy's jumper age 8-9 years old and there was no hint of cashmere in it. Maybe it was stored next to cashmere in the factory but the quality was awful. To make things worse they refused to refund my money and kept saying they would only partially refund it or replace it with another item. After sending emails back and forward and fighting for my consumers ' rights I called my bank and asked to refund my purchase. Luckily, I was granted my request and got my money back without sending the jumper back.
Please be aware even though it says on the website they'll provide a return label IT'S A LIE! the company is based in China so it's gonna cost you £25 in shipping if you were to return it yourself. Stay away from this website! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Do not buy form this company they are selling cheap clothing from China bought a jacket when received it was not the one advertised this company should be closed down they are deceiving the public

The boots I ordered were not leather as described and certainly not true to size. I tried to make a return which would have cost over £20 so I opted for 40% refund.
The reason I purchased from them was because reg address is in London but returns have to be sent to China hence the cost.
Company is a REAL SCAM SO DOBT USE IT.

I am contacting UK Trading Standards and Companies House. Item bought was not from the UK but shipped from a Chinese warehouse. Button fell off during unpacking and material was sub-standard. Company will ask you to return item to China (at your own cost) or might offer a partial (30%) refund hoping you just accept and put item in the bin (still profitable noting the standard and quality)). UK Registered Office seems to be "rented meeting room" - check Companies House. Fjorna seems to employ same practise (great website images/Dutch registered/returns to China or partial refunds).

This company is a scam. I ordered a coat and it arrived and it was completely different to the one I ordered. I contacted them via email to explain this and get a refund and they tried to give me a partial refund! When on their website it states if you receive the wrong item, they will refund you the full amount.

They also tried to get me to pay for a return label, when again it states on their website they provide a pre paid label. I had to remind them of their own website policies multiple times, and they just kept offering me partial refunds, then offered to send me a replacement but I said I would have to pay the courier charges!

They are just a complete scam, I done a chargeback with my bank account and I emailed monvalier support to tell them this and then they finally gave me a full refund. So let your bank know if you have issues with this company and don’t give up and you will get your money back! They’re a joke!

SCAM. Please read before ordering. Ordered a Men's half-zip smart fleece , item arrived and was the cheapest quality item I've ever seen. The garment was purple, not blue and a sports style top rather than a smart half-zip fleece.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Items are not what they advertise. They advertise a jacket as Lambs wool but then the item arrives, you scan the label inside to translate it (because it was in chinese) and it's 100% polyester. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOU. They offer 50% refund for you to keep the item and simply won't change their mind. POOR POOR QUALITY ITEMS, not worth your time and money. DELIVERY TOOK 5 WEEKS FROM CHINA. But their website states 3-8 business days. DON'T FALL FOR IT. They are not a BASED IN THE NETHERLANDS, EVERYTHING COMES FROM CHINA

False advertisement - avoid this company! They drop-ship products from China to the UK, which is why delivery takes so long (not properly advertised before purchase). They claimed when I emailed that they have different fulfilment centres, which was another lie.

The coat I received was nothing like the one advertised. It was poor quality, the fit was horrible and the material was cheap.

When I contacted them to return the item, they then only offered a small partial refund and said they wouldn’t accept a return for the full amount.

Eventually, I claimed through Barclays (the bank I paid with) and they refunded me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Chinese scam website, product looks nothing like the photo and won't refund

I ordered a body warmer for my partner and after reading the reviews, I was a bit skeptical. I made the mistake of reading the reviews after I already ordered! I was very surprised when I received my order and it was excellent quality and looked just like the photos, only issue was, it was too small for my partner. I spoke to customer services who said I could keep the original and they would send a larger size free of charge. I just needed to pay the £7 delivery fee which I was happy to do. When the new body warmer arrived, it was completely different to the original. It was cheap and thin and probably not even worth £5 rather than the £40 advertised on the website. I will not be ordering from there again.
