Hi Patience.

First of all, super boring that you don’t feel satisfied with us, for that we feel just sad. Since we take our customers and their reviews super serious and we live for our customers, we want to go through what happened:

1. You made the order Friday night 9.30 PM the 27th Dec of a package of sparklers. Then the weekend came where our warehouse was closed.
2. Therefor the order was packed and shipped out on Monday the 30th Dec but since the shipping company, DB Schenker, did not deliver packages on New Years Eve in your area you did not get your order that day.
3. You called us 2 PM on NYE and I personally answered. I helped you to track the order and also explained why it did not make it to NYE.
4. We offered you a free return (it usually costs 69 kronor) and said that we also would send the return shipping label after the weekend. Unfortunately we did that 24 hours too late it seems, since we got this review the day before.
5. We are of course super sad that you felt that we should have delivered this package on NYE but it was beyond our control. What we could and should have done though was to write this information out on our homepage.
6. We will listen and learn from this.
