It’s been 8.5 weeks since I placed my…

It’s been 8.5 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received my items as of yet. I understand covid poses issues with delivery but it would be nice to not be the one to keep asking for updates. Although they are quick to respond, which I appreciate, Mooie should be providing ongoing updates instead of me having to ask. The tracking page does not provide adequate shipping updates. Perhaps my review will change once I receive the items and see the quality of my items.

Beautiful Chandelier

The chandelier is very beautiful. I love it. I wish the shipping did not take so long. Also I wish I knew that the light bulbs were designed for Europe. I had to buy adapters to make the USA bulbs work. But it was well worth the effort. I love the final product

Seems to be hit & miss

This is a tricky one.

I ordered 2 lamps at the same time and paid for the fast shipping (which is quite expensive $150).

One lamp arrived quite fast and the quality is nice. However, two months later the other lamp still hasn't arrived. I have contacted their customer service and while I do get a reply, they only tell me to be patient and that the lamp is still in transit.

My final review would depend on if I'll ever receive the lamp and the quality.

It's really a shame because based on the first lamp, I had higher expectations.

A bit overpriced for the quality.

Ok
The plastic is shiny which is hard to tell in pictures. I was hoping it would be Matt. The shiny element makes it look a bit cheap. The plastic is a blue-ish cool sterile white not a warm soft white. Unfortunately it doesn't match my tone of white walls.
Overall design is great though.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I gave an order 60 days ago. But, it's not delivered yet. Also, nobody says when it will be delivered. they say just give us more time.

I'm very disappointed by the product…

I'm very disappointed by the product quality and customer service. If you want to save money please do not buy from them!
It all started last December (2020) when I bought the Oo lamp (it's a knock off obviously). My problem started when I received my lamp (which btw came later than the expected 90 days and with no update regarding their delays). The lamp was in a very bad shape with several -very visible- painting defects & scratches and with no European plug (I think it was the Chinese one). Plus the smaller glass bowl had a defect on its surface (it looked like a cavity). After I emailed them about all that (with attached pictures as a proof), I asked them what the best solution is timewise, as I did NOT want to wait another 90+ days to receive a new one.They answered me right away that they would send me a new one stating that the shipping would take only 2-3 weeks while a refund would require me to return the lamp back, which would cost me more than the money I gave to buy it! They also told me that they changed a supplier and the new lamp will not have the same issues.
So I agreed for a replacement and I'd keep also the faulty lamp. That was fair I guess. However, the new lamp took 3 months once again to arrive (february - May) and I had also to pay 35 Euros to clear it from the customs office. That was just ridiculous and II'm overly disappointed. At least now the new lamp indeed does not have any issue. (In case there is any doubt I've kept all our email exhanges that prove all the above)

The quality of the lamps I ordered were not like expected and so i returned them sadly on my own costs and didn’t get my refund back till now…so I never will buy at mooielight again and can’t advice it.

Not a scam, but be prepared to wait a while for postage

After reading the reviews I thought this website was going to be a scam. After waiting a couple of months to receive the lamp it finally came today, the quality is surprisingly good and I’m super happy. Only giving 4 stars because I had to wait so long for postage, but in their defence I was told about this from the initial purchase. I would definitely recommend as the original of this lamp can cost around $3,000. Thanks for the quick communication and I would buy from you guys again

No delivery after almost 3 month

I give this bad score as I placed the order beginning of July and it still did not arrive.
I requested a cancellation of my order and a refund, as this option was mentioned in the FAQs and I read many reviews complaining that orders were not delivered. So I am simply worried it will never appear.
Instead of refunding me the customer service arranged a new shipment, promising that the order will arrive in 2 weeks. Well, we will see.
I am willing to give a better score when my order arrives and I am satisfied with the lights.
