After 1 wash the small straps of the nursing bra I purchased from Momada broke, and customer service wouldn’t offer anything in return.
I was outside the 30 day purchasing window, but I purchased this in preparation for the infant coming and so didn’t need it until a few months after purchase. This company should be more flexible with mothers and returns of this kind.
They do not make quality products.

Awful return system! Paid £50 for a jumper + £5 shipping but when it arrived it was far too big (ordered a size S but more like a L/XL). Contacted them about returns and they said it would cost me another £5 to return the item + a 10% handling fee - ridiculous! Once my package finally arrived with them, I was told I would receive a refund within 14 working days. Waited that duration but still no refund. Contacted them and after a couple days they replied saying my return has only JUST been processed (received a refund processed email right after they sent their reply) and said that I would receive my refund shortly. 10 days later - refund received.

I’ve had the most wonderful experience wearing these shorts, even though they claim to be for females, I am a male and can say I slept so wonderfully and my boyfriend loved them. To any LGBTQ+hdmi Sky QLED couples out there, try these

Really lovely, comfy clothes – the fabrics feel great and the styles are super wearable. Unfortunately, the trousers are really long if you’re petite, and the waistbands are tricky to roll or adjust. The biggest letdown is the returns policy - charging 10% of the original order value to return items feels unfair, especially when sizing isn’t consistent. It’s made me hesitant to order again, which is a shame.

I ordered the Ida Ra Ra Skirt in baby pink with the matching Ida Tube top and received the skirt with pen marks on, cut edges and threads. I emailed the brand a few days ago and have yet to receive a reply. For the price paid i expected well made products. i also expected them to be made in the UK but they are made in china. The brand is supposedly 'dedicated to making fashionable sustainable clothing' but it seems there's been no effort in the sustainability as the clothes were packaged in plastic bags and, as previously mentioned, are made in China. If this was made clear on the website then i wouldn't have ordered them at the price they are. I understand they are a small brand but i haven't gotten a reply to my email yet which makes me weary that they will ever reply and i think there should be more transparency on the website on the fact that the clothes are made in china. The tags and plastic bags they came in just feel like Shein quality although the actual clothing material feels nice and sturdy. i'd also say to anyone looking at buying the Ida Tube top that it's very difficult to get on and off as it's tight without any buttons or zip at the back. And as it's a tube top you want it to be tight enough so it won't fall down so i think the company should adjust the design of the top to have something like buttons or a zip at the back so its easier to get on and off.

Came in 2 days, great quality, favourite trousers!

The comfiest trousers I now own! I have honestly worn them and worn them - wash great too! Next day delivery perfect for me !
