Honestly a joke it’s a SCAMMMM DO NOT BUY OR GET PREMIUM SHIPPING I DONt leave reviews but people need to know ordered valentines necklace Feb 3rd still hasn’t come

Worst platform ever it say your servers are operating normal when they are not the servers are down again and the app will just keeps crashing non stop and then it take too long for the server to respond please stop providing inaccurate information about your server status.

Complete scam! Ordered travel backpacks.. in July 2025 now Oct 2025 never arrived

Total scam! I ordered before checking the ratings, which is my fault. I ordered for about $30, so which is a lot of money for me. It said order confirmed, but they never sent anything. I sent a mail, asking for a refund, but got an automatic mail back, saying the email-adress was incorrect and did not exist!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Total scam site. Product never received and email from them for tracking is now shut down.

I order something and never got it send email and never got an answer from them. I think this is just a scam . Im out of $100. Dollars and nothing to show for it

Took 4 weeks to get me my parcel. Kept saying she was waiting for the order. Replies to my messages took a long time on instagram even though they were posting. Finally got my order but it was the wrong set. I told them and they blamed the manufacturer even though she wrapped it and sent it. Said I had to send it back and I asked for a return package. This was 23rd September and still nothing. Quality is average and struggles to hold up the ta tas

My Evri parcel was delivered to the moon shop seven kings staff was very rude leaving all the parcel on floor and tell you to find yourself. Never ever experience this before other shops hand you the parcel them self. And when u complaining them they saying don’t ever come here again. How rude this was my second and last time.. won’t recommend anyone

Eventhough the website states "NO HASSLE RETURN We offer money back guarantee on all our products", their customer service DID NOT HONOR that. They told me the terms said I can't return. That was after many phone calls/emails to help. BUT, I had already returned the chair covers by then. They refused to credit my money NOR send covers back. So, I'm out of $182.96 with no product to show for it. I've reached out many times but no response from May last year .

Company is a scam.. Never got product. I tried to contact Moon several times to cancel my order. It was stated that customers had a 14 day money back guarantee. No response at all from them. I filed a case with Amex for fraud. They are now investigating.. they are going down.

Would give zero stars if possible. Arrived after a very long time and the colours are completely washed out and not as they appear. Total rubbish - hoping this review will save someone their money -- DO NOT BUY.

I tried a couple of the covers they did not fit or look right. So I tried to return and was denied. They promote that they give easy returns I was so dissapointed for I really liked the fact that they accepted returns. Buyer beware

I ordered sofa covers on 11 May 2023. It's now 5 July and I still don't have them. I've contacted them via their website contact form plus 3 emails in June. Still haven't heard anything. It seems I've lost the money with nothing to show for it. Definitely do not buy from these people, they're completely bogus.

They sent the wrong colour and will not answer their emails. They said as I bought on offer I’m not entitled to a refund. Even though it’s their mistake. All I wanted was the correct order not a refund. Terrible company. Do not buy from them.

Covers arrived eventually, they were described as being plush and luxury but very cheap thin material, didn't fit the sofa and were just awful. I immediately asked for a refund as it says 30 days money back guarantee, but was told as I bought them with a discount they don't offer any refunds for any reason. They always have a discount on, so this is a scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT - you will be disappointed and massively out of pocket.

Great sofa cover. They are of very good quality, easy to install. I feel like I have a new sofa.
