This game is a scam and it keeps on crashing when I play it and I can’t attack or steal so fix it

Scam game have uninstalled they cheap people out off money you wolud be better of playing any think but this game I have bin cheeted time and time again by the game owed rewards dont get lost 3000 spines last nigth what I should of had so I say good bye to you not wasteing my time on such I hope game get deleted so people dont waste there time and get cheated out of money

I didn't even want to give star .. over 3 weeks ago 6000 spins disappear. I email I don't know how many times with no reply. I email over and over again this time a reply not for to return my spins but to complain I've mailed to much shame on use . 6000 spins is nothing to a company like yours but a lot to me . But youse don't care

Shame on you... you make a game like coin master and stealing people with real monney with stars with spins... are you who worked there think that we are stupid... you all of you are idio*s and bandits... where is my stealed spins coins and stars

Their main game coin master is little more than a scam! the game is designed in such a way that as you progress through villages the rewards get less frequent and the higher you bet per spin the win rate drops ridiculously! making it impossible to complete events, complete card sets etc without sinking in HUGE amounts of actual cash!.... the game could be amazing! but the company has a major greed element to it!, support is none existent! so players are left with no help when the game takes their rewards away!

The game should be avoided at all costs!

The Coin Master game does not work. They just grab your money and when u try to contact them there are no response from their team. This start up has found a very easy way to make money. They do not give you the rewards, rob your spins and coins and most importantly never ever give you gold cards so that u can complete a collection and play ahead.

Your coin master game is appalling. Can’t play it at all on my I phone ( keeps crashing) . The last few weeks I’ve lost spins /raids on any event that’s happening . I’m extremely pd off with you . You need to get it sorted before you lose hundreds of players like me

This game is nothing more then a con please do not spend money, every time I spend money to win rewards it does not honour me with the spins I have won, coin master do not respond to complaints. I am shocked about how much they are getting away with ripping people off.

Had over 6 billion coins to play Viking quest, and as you progress they expect you to win more coins for the quest and the odds of you winning what you lose is in there favor, spent 70 dollars to get over 6 billion coins and they robbed it all back and I got nothing in return, this game is a joke. If they wanted to make it better they should increase your odds of winning at least but instead they are greedy and expect you to spend more money

I would give 0 stars i am still waiting to resolve issue i won joker tournament which i do have a screenshot and havenot recieved rewards also during this game i should have received 3k spins on bar but didnt i bought 2 packs totaling £27 to achieve these and to not get my wins im annoyed contacted support several times no replys i have tried uninstall reinstall as suggested nothing ...is there a contact phone number or someone to complain to about game robbing people

Doesn’t deserve to receive 1 star, worst customer support I’ve ever known, only seem to reply to emails when they come across a negative review then you are referred to technical support who never get back but mark the “ticket” as solved. Moonactive are only interested in making money

customer support is non existent sent an email regarding missing spins and another over a completed card set and missing rewards and another over not being able to hatch an egg for completed creature set still waiting for a reply to all other than our support team will get back to you soon very disappointing

I have completed 8 village's and have not received any spins for them what be do I have to do to get my spins I completed Bling Bling today and still have not gotten any spins I have spent a lot of money on spins and I will not buy any more if I don't get credited for my completed villages.

1-10-2019 golden card trends available for karma police and Egypt set 1 card cat overseer
So i Egypt set only one card need and i completed set but reward 5000 spin not comming.
And not give me my mail proper reply
I think hopefully here to except answer what the problem not give me spin

It seems that when the players success rides on solely Attack or Raid, that the spins appear far more seldom than the alternatives, this shows a very clear, and very obvious Pay to Win game strategy, as oppose to a purely Game of Chance system.

Coin Master, albeit an excellent game, is also a fixed game that works in favour of MoonActive, in such a way that people spend great deals of real money to win or progress in what is evidently a fixed system.

Yes it's the players choice to pay the money in, but it's the morally bancrupt Developers at MoonActive that should be ashamed of themselves. It saddens me to see something masquerade as good, honest, gaming fun, is nothing more than a Developers cash generation system

Wish I could give no stars no customer support at all don't bother people they will just rip you off.

Absolutely shocking support . There are loads of tech issues no rewards unfair games etc . All complaints completely ignored . Don't waste your time or money
