Always willing to respond when a issue arises if one does

Took forever to receive them due to slow mail during Covid-19. But well worth the wait. Shirts were the right size, professional and just as described.

Horrible!!! I ordered 3 T-shirts and a hoodie received 2 of the shirts..major problem is the order form says it sent my hoodie and a T-shirt and customer service keeps sending me the standard reply and I placed my order on 6/30/2020. My order number no longer exists and my name isn’t in their system since half of it came. I am very disgusted and disappointed and I cannot get a live person to discuss my problem with!! I will never order from this site again no matter what!! It’s horrible

I had placed my T-shirt order May 29th, for my granddaughter's high school graduation. I didn't receive them until August 1st. I was sad that we didn't have them for her graduation on June 30th. I was told my order had shipped on June 19th, and so I was hoping to get them on the 29th. I sent you a text on the era of my order. You said that since it had been so long, that you were giving me a refund for half of what I paid. I got the $ credited back on my cc Ms said that my order would be shipped asap. I want to thank for the credit back and your apology for my order for being so late. I know that the pandemic has made it harder on you and your filling of orders.

I loved everything I ordered some came later then the others but as soon as I notified them about it they sent it right away. thank you the pillow cases are really heavy material and something that is going to last a very long time and the saying on them my family will cherish a life time thanks again. Tees were nice colorful and correct in size

I ordered 2 shirts May 7th for graduation. One of the recipients is set to leave for college in 2 weeks and I still haven't received the shirts. I have requested the order status but it shows that it is still processing and will ship in the next 5 business days... same message since the middle of June. I will never order from them again..

Very disappointed. Ordered a shirt and paid for rushed shipping and still no product. Emails are only repeated and no one too. My birthday is next week and no shirt to wear.

The late getting to me still dont have two of them

I will never purchase anything from this company, because they use the excuse corona has their stock backed up. I cant get in touch with any one i order his tee shirt back in may for my birthday back in may and never receive it. I will never do business with they again. very unprofessional this company

I think I've been scammed out of $38. I placed an order months ago and cannot get any firm status other than a recording. There is no one to talk to. They are supposed to ship in the next 5 business days and that was 30 days ago.

UPDATE: I did receive my item and it is as described. Be aware of serious delays in receiving your item(s). Mine was a month out when 5-7 days were promised.

I ordered my shirt in april. But due to covid it arrived later than expected. But i love my shirt the graphics are great

I had gotten my shirt order for my birthday present from my grandmother, my birthday was may 9th I ordered it the last week of April and I still didn't receive it to the last week in May :'( But other than that everything is perfect. From the easiest website to navigate to the ordering perfect flawless!!!!

Poster is really nice and shipping was quick.

Very disappointed. I ordered a pillowcase back in may 29, I have called and sent emails and the only response I get is the same email over and over still processing. But they took my money the same day I ordered it. It's a shame to. I ordered 8 blankets from photo affection and I'll be damned if they wasn't sent to each person within two weeks or sooner and great quality. I'll never order from moonchild again.
