Davvero una pessima esperienza, ai limiti della truffa. Arrivato un bracciale diverso da quello mostrato sul sito e di una taglia per me troppo grande. Ho richiesto la restituzione ma nonostante tutte le e-mail da me inviate non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Sconsiglio fortemente di fare acquisti su questo sito.

Een armband besteld , veel te groot binnen gekomen! Namen aan elkaar geplakt, geen spatie ! Contact opgenomen, retour heel erg moeilijk over doen, 30% terugbetaling naar geaccepteerd uit frustratie , maar ook al 8 x achteraangemaild , nog geen geld retour , hele slechte klantenservice !!

I would avoid this company. It took over two months to receive a refund, and in the end I had to get the money back through my bank. Communication throughout the process was shocking, with very little response or support.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Hello so my last review was removed due to honesty. So I'll before polite.
Order for birthday took 15 days to arrive. No contact or customer service. No phone number.
Had bought replacement elsewhere so wanted refund. Took a week to find address to return to. Cost me 4.45 to post and was told would get postage back. I was very worried about my 45 pounds being returned but after 11 days it came back after me chasing several times. No.postage? have asked 2 times for postage they said yes its on way. Nothing for 3 weeks. So I got money back which I wasn't expecting.
Very shambolic rubbish company They need to sharpen.up their act and be more customer focused. Personally i would never ever use them.again. AVOID!

I ordered a ring for my daughters Birthday on the 2nd August 2026, plenty of time for the order to arrive in time as the delivery stated 6-8 working days. The ring did not arrive before my daughters birthday which was the 22nd August! It arrived on the 26th August 2026, taking 18 working days to arrive, this isn't taking into account weekends! I sent numerous emails to them and they only returned one email stating there are delivery delays and not to worry, no details of when the order would arrive. I had to purchase a ring from another supplier who actually delivery within a week. I would NOT use this company again. You need to change your delivery days to advise customers you take this long to get any product from you. I received the ring but now sending this back for a refund.

If there is another Moonela registered somewhere, then fair enough but it still doesn’t excuse the fact that you seem to just send out whatever you like from your warehouse, irrespective of what customers order, your appalling delivery times and customer service skills! Let’s just say, I am not in the least surprised your previous company lasted less than a year!!!

Yes I did check on Companies House and Moonela Ltd was active from 21 June 2025 to being dissolved on 24 March 2026! It is very much the current company you’re operating via your website! There is no other Moonela registered and the registered address is a Flat in Manchester!

Update!!!
So I did a little digging into this company and guess what?!!! They dissolved the business in March 2026 and yet they’re still taking people’s money via their website and basically sending out whatever stock they have left; which explains why they send out completely wrong orders!!!! You can verify this on the government Company’s House website! They’re nothing but crooks and scammers!

Well, where do I start with this company?!!!!! They are the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Even worse than Chinese online retailers so that is saying something!!! I actually do not believe they are a British company at all or maybe their headquarters are in the UK but they are shipping from China! First of all I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for my order and when I eventually received it, the order was completely wrong! Not only had they sent me a totally different design bracelet but it was also the wrong size!!! I ordered it in 18cm and received a different bracelet in size 20cm, which is way too big for me and therefore unusable!!! The quality is very questionable too, some of the bracelets were really dull and didn’t look Gold plated at all, more like a dirty Stainless Steel! I reached out to them on how to return the incorrect bracelet and to receive the correct one on the day I received it. I have been going back and forth with them for a week now and still no resolution! They basically keep fobing you off with delaying tactics and cliched Emails “sorry for the inconvenience caused”, “thank you for your patience”, “we have sent your request to the relevant team and will let you know as soon as we hear”….etc. They are clearly very reluctant to organise any return, you cannot even get a return address! And cherry on the cake: they expect YOU to pay the return costs even when it was their mistake in the first place! I have finally settled on a 40% partial refund with them out of sheer frustration and despair with their non existent customer service skills but I am still waiting for this refund despite sending several Emails!!!! I actually ended up ordering the exact same bracelet from another company called D.Louise, which I received 48 hours later in beautiful packaging and of fantastic quality so do not waste your time and money ordering from Moonela!!!

From a previous review they told me to contact them to resolve the issue. I have done and they have completely ignored me. Their automatic response says 24-48 hours it’s now 4 days.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

In response to their reply below. The point was they said they would look into why the 100% store credit that was promised wasn’t honoured which they have not bothered. They offered partial refund for 2 faulty unusable items!!!

And a gold coloured ring after a few days the ring started losing its colour now it practically brass,
These products are supposed too keep there gold colour for life but let me warn you they definitely do not keep the colour,

Shocking customer service…. Requested for a full refund 3 TIMES and I still keep getting emails back stating that they can offer me a partial refund if I would like to keep the item. I don’t suggest buying from here!

Realizó mi pareja el pedido de una pulsera personalizada como regalo para mi y la recibimos el 13 de agosto. Para nuestra sorpresa, tras solo 15 días de uso siendo el dia de la rotura el primer dia de uso y sin haber sufrido ningún golpe ni mal uso, la pulsera se ha partido por la mitad.

Me he puesto en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente en varias ocasiones aportando fotografías claras de la rotura y solicitando la devolución del producto y la devolución íntegra del dinero, tal y como ampara la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios ante una falta de conformidad y defecto de fabricación en un producto prácticamente nuevo.

La única respuesta que he recibido por parte del soporte (Chloé) es un correo genérico indicando que "están buscando una solución", sin darme una respuesta definitiva ni tramitar la devolución. No podemos aceptar esperas ni largas innecesarias por un fallo de calidad tan grave después de 5 días ya con este caso abierto y sin responder a emails ni nada. Exijo una solución inmediata y el reembolso íntegro de la compra.

They sent incorrect and faulty products and refuse to provide full compensation for a return - this brand is incredibly deceptive.

The brand is now trying to take down my review when I have picture evidence backing my review. The company admitted via email they sent me incorrect products, but are trying to make me pay for the shipping cost to return the products when it was clearly their error.

I bought a pair of Moonela earrings to wear all the time and sleep in a few weeks ago. So pleased with them. I spend a couple of hours most days in the gym and currently in the Canadian Rockies cycling in their hot summer weather. My earrings are so comfortable and are showing no sign of wear or tarnishing and work for day and evening. Would really recommend.
