Scam
In November 2025, I signed up for what was advertised on Instagram as a one-week trial after taking an online personality test. I deleted the app almost immediately because the content was extremely poor quality and appeared to be AI-generated, making it clear that it was not worth using.
A week later, I was unexpectedly charged £73. When I contacted customer support to ask what the charge was for, they referred to a service that I do not remember selecting and certainly never used. I asked them to provide proof that I had agreed to this purchase, but they were unable to provide any evidence.
When I requested a refund, it became clear that the subscription process was deliberately misleading, with the terms and conditions hidden within a confusing and unclear user journey.
Five months later, I was charged a further £173 for another service that I have no recollection of purchasing. When I contacted them again, I requested that my bank details be removed from their system and to cancel all subscriptions from my account, they said they couldn't delete my bank details. They responded by claiming that I had not cancelled all active services previously, therefore the charge was due unless I could show proof, and refused to issue a refund, citing their terms and conditions.
I believe this company is using deceptive and potentially unlawful billing practices to take money from customers without clear and informed consent. I would like this matter formally investigated, and I am seeking a full refund as well as confirmation that all my payment details and subscriptions have been permanently removed from their system.

They will take your credit card information and continue to keep deducting charges even after they confirmed cancellation of the subscription via email (which is the only way to end your subscription with them). Terrible experience. Cancelled subscription within the time allowed only to find 6 months later a renewal charge of £177 being taken from my account (without notice). On questioning this and requesting a refund I was told there was a 'linked' subscription and my cancellation was only relevant to the first subscription so no refund. Feels like and looks like bad behaviour.

Unautharized charge after cancellation
I cancelled my subscription on April 4, 2026. Despite this, I was still charged in May 2026. This charge is unauthorized and unacceptable.
Moongrade has no legal basis to bill me after my cancellation date. Moongrade refuses to refund for the May charge.
If this matter is not resolved without delay, I will take formal legal action and escalate the issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
