Used moonpig for a couple of mug gifts and they’re lovely. The prints are nice even though not absolutely clear especially when small but still nice to give someone a personalised gift. Not had one myself so can’t say about longevity of the colour though.

Very fast delivery, good quality product
There was a dark mark on the side of the mug which looked like it happened during printing. (Won’t add this due to my children being on the mug) Some pictures came out slightly blurry. I also paid £5 for postage on the mug and another £5 for a card which was sent together anyway but in a seperate bix. Wasting customers money and resources.i wouldn’t recommend. I I’ll be requesting a refund.
Brilliant product. Very good quality of the photos and looks great.
Always good, but this time was extra special as I needed to make a change right after I had made the payment. Customer services were brilliant. Thank you! And the mug is perfect.

The product was great some pictures came out very dark and it would be great if before uploading if there was a way to say that the picture may not come out as well

Good product but I bought it for my sons graduation and it didn’t arrive on time despite getting guaranteed delivery- no card or gift for after his leaving cert results so very disappointing service
