The product it’s self was good but the delivery and customer service was terrible got lost in the mail choose a day for delivery paid for that day slot and it ended up lost offered a replacement and refund postage but not good enough

Easy to do lots of choice creates memories and editing your card ; would be easy if there was a template of ready made verses; but if you want put your own style and edit your own it’s easy to do
