I have always rated Moonpig as excellent, however, on thus occasion I am aghast at the card which was delivered with a burn mark! Please refer to photos. I gave to add that no one in our household smokes. I would appreciate a response to this?

Very appropriate card to congratulate our grandson on his amazing A level results. Your app made it easy to locate his face from part of a photo into the centre of the star. Great job!
Yes the product was good but prices need to come down slightly other than that it's good service
