Product might be great, but Moonpig/Royal Mail have let us down 2 years running. Paid for 24hr delivery and it took 6 days (same as last year). Appalling service

I can’t rate the product as I did not receive the card. This has never happened before. It was very disappointing and meant I had to go out on my husbands birthday and buy replacement cards.

Said it would arrive on the 4th of October. It's the 6th of October and still not delivered and unfortunately birthday missed.
Very easy system to use - great for those of us overseas.
