If I could give no stars I would! The chocolates arrived completely melted to liquid chocolate, could not be given to the recipient as the box & contents were totally unusable. These chocolates were expensive & I was paying that premium to get them delivered, so I can’t believe they were delivered with no protection from the heat whatsoever. No cool bag or cool block. This was my first experience of ordering from Moonpig & after this experience I will never order gifts from Moonpig again.

Would have been if y'all would of put an ice pack in there knowing it was shipping to Florida so of course all the chocolate melted and was no good complete waste of money smh

Delivery was sent to mail box and chocolates melted. Highly disappointed mail was through USPS and not delivered to door.
