After having the first card not getting delivered I contacted customer services and a new card was delivered the next day. Excellent service

Good selection of cards and this one felt good in the receipients hands
Great card
The card itself was a pleasure to personalise. However, having chosen an earliest delivery date of 31/12/25, I spoke with intended recipient today, 11/1/26 and the card was never received. So really disappointed with the experience.

It’s a lovely card, and convenient to use app instead of going out!
