Some of the photos are a bit blurry or heads cut off. Usually if the photos are low resolution and not advisable to be used this will be drawn to your attention before comforting order. This is a gift & I think quality could be better
Looked great and arrived super fast

I would have given zero stars. Quality is not very good. The pictures are very blurry. Not a very high-quality product. I would like a refund.

It was a suitable birthday gift but I felt it was quite a basic mug for the money.
Easy to select & arrange photos for this personalised mug. The recipient loves it. I was worried it may not be in one piece as the 'proof of postage' picture showed the box had been thrown over their fence by the delivery company! Not sure if it says fragile on the box, but they said it was undamaged when they opened it
Good quality, looked great, exactly what I wanted!

Didn’t arrive and your customer service team is nearly impossible to contact. Means I will miss this present for Christmas. With many other options on the market I will never use moonpig again

Quick, easy and efficient process resulting in a lovely product.
Fast and reliable delivery. Good quality. Just a little expensive for what it is… a cup!
Such a great, personalised product. Great to have the option of just photos and 8 was brilliant. Great service and quick delivery times.
Being able to add photos of family and our wedding made it very personal. A great anniversary gift.
Was quite expensive but it was because of going abroad. So good to be able to do this. Memories in your hand.
First class, speedy delivery and the perfect surprise for the recipient.
