Arrived damaged and then was taken away by delivery and no follow-up from either delivery company or Moonpig (Tried adding a photo and site is being unfathomably slow)

It never arrived as it was damaged and completely ruined Father’s Day I did get a refund but I was embarrassed for both me and my Dad. Still a little angry at the path I had to take to get a response and refund. Very vague and left my elderly father searching for the parcel in his shrubbery( no one knocked when delivering the card which didn’t get there until 2 pm?? I will never use Moonpig again.
My husband loved his card and more so his presents xxx
Cant give a review as was smashed when delivered

Not delivered no apology to recipient, as requested, considering you’re a card complete. This is a very poor effort

bottles just in thin cardboard box, same as 4 - 6 pack from supermarket then just stick a postage label on it. Guess how it looked when it arrived, no response to email in a week
