Ordered a card prior to Christmas for delivery in the UK for the grave of my mother and father (to be delivered by my brother). The card was accommodated with a plant to be placed on their grave. I also ordered a bottle of wine as a gift for my brother. No items arrived! Reason given by courier was that the items had “perished” but upon further investigation it turned out they were actually “damaged” and not replaced. When I try to resend, I was advised they wouldn’t arrive until February, two months later and the delivery charge went up 50%. When I tried to cancel the order, Moonpig said they couldn’t. A five dollar credit was offered but only just covered the increase in delivery charge and has an expiry of six months, which I feel is not long enough. It should be at least 12 months. Extremely poor service from a previously reliable company. Sorry Moonpig I have lost faith in your ability to deliver and your supplier offers only lies and deceit as excuses.
