I love shopping here. It’s always as pictured and I know I can guarantee it’s authenticity.. a huge relief when purchasing second hand because a lot (of the others) aren’t as reliable. They’re also always on point w the trends !!

I’ve been buying from MSV for years and every item is always in gorgeous condition, authentic and the communication with the team is always quick and professional. I’ve had nothing but the best experience with quality, authentic items every time. If you’re also wanting a vintage item then no one else has they are the go to place! You can find those hard to find pieces there that are so special! Can’t wait to find my next treasure there!

Sold me a counterfeit prada item. I was flabberghasted, as this was not the first time I purchased at Moonstone Vintage, actually, it was my fifth, I had been a great ETSY customer, until I went off platform. Can you imagine how I felt when I now know that all five are most likely counterfeits?
I would recommend you ---> Stay away. If you do buy from them, get it immediately authenticated online same day you receive it, because they have a NO RETURNS POLICY and that is to their benefit. Now maybe this slipped through, but I tend to doubt it, the back of the prada label did not even have any details on it, I knew it was a fake. I am highly disappointed in them, highly disappointed in them.

Very bad experience. I bought a bag on this website and they marked it as shipped. But I didn't receive any shipment tracking number. They said the item I want is not available after I wrote to them. I want refund but they don't do it and are willing not to refund me. Finally I have to submit claim on PayPal to get my money back.
