This might be a lengthy review but well deserved after my op.

To keep things as brief as possible, I have always had a small penis. I particularly remember when an ex partner commented on how small I was compared to her previous partners. Since then I have been really self conscious about my size.

I went down a bit of a rabbit hole after this. Ended up falling victim to a lot of scams, so far as ordering creams that promised to increase my size (stupid I know but I was desperate). After nothing worked I found a YouTube video from Moorgate talking about the length and girth surgery. Was sure this was a scam too though but still being desperate I went on their website and put my contact details expecting to hear nothing.

The next day got a call from David who talked about the surgery. Gave me the option of filler but I knew I needed a permanent change. Have to say, going from buying creams and tablets to an 8k operation was a big jump but felt justified after how I felt about my penis. Was still wary about getting scammed though after everything so opted to pay £200 for a consult first to get a feel for everything. Had a zoom consult with Dr Djakovic and he talked me through the operation and what to expect. He didn’t sugar coat anything and was realistic, which I appreciated. After this I took the plunge and booked the surgery for a couple months after.

Between the consult and the surgery just had a few more appointments and it’s worth mentioning that if you are embarrassed about talking about your manhood no one here batted an eyelid. You can tell that it’s their day job and I didn’t feel judged by anyone. They were all supportive. I do have a history of depression (who doesn’t these days). I let Moorgate know and they even set me up a free video appointment with a psychologist. Got to delve a bit deeper into how it’s affected me and what not and that was really invaluable to be honest. Also solidified the fact that I was making the right decision going ahead with the surgery.

The day of the op rolled round and all went smoothly. Had my op on Harley Street and it’s a really nice hospital. The whole experience felt really personal and a luxury. Got home later that day and I was sore to be fair, but just got straight into bed. Woke up the next morning and I did have a bit of bruising on my legs. Dr Djakovic did tell me that this would probably happen so tried not to let it bother me. Recovery overall wasn’t that bad. Only the first few days it was sore but kept taking painkillers and what not and got through it.

So.. now. If I could post a picture I honestly would just to show you the difference in my penis. This has been life changing for me. The increase in the length and the girth looks incredible. It isn’t AS big as when I had just had the op (swelling etc) but I wouldn’t have wanted it to be anyways or it would have felt TOO much. But now I honestly have a new found confidence and it’s helped my mental health massively. I feel like I can talk to women without having to panic if the conversation is heading towards spending the night together in case she laughs at my penis. I now feel confident enough to know that it’s a good size and I’ve not had any negative comments since the op. Without behind too vulgar, I’ve even had the odd positive one!

If you are reading this review going back and forth about whether to have it done or not, do it if you want it. I could have avoided years of torment if I had just gone the proper route instead of being an idiot and ordering crap I knew was never going to work. If you want it done do it the proper way and do it with Moorgate. Top class surgeon. Top class staff. Top class outcome. Thank you so much everyone, it’s changed my life.

Really happy with results. Was nervous before having it done, but really pleased I went for it. All staff were really helpful. Especially dr fragoulis who did my treatment. Big increase in the girth. Swollen at the minute but can already tell that it’s going to settle nicely. Thank you team 👍

Had a procedure for girth enhancement on Nov 4th 2023. Mid December I noticed the filler accumulating at the end of my foreskin causing discomfort and pain. I booked an appointment for Jan which I was not able to attend. The next appointment I was offered was April 14th in Manchester, a 220 mile round trip!
By this time I was unable to tetract my foreskin causing me extreme discomfort. I was given injections to disperse the filler which had no effect. I took treatment elsewhere to solve the problem which eventually worked.
Moorgate were extremely unsympathetic and would not offer me a refund despite the filler being irradiated.
No stars if possible!

I had filler treatment last year. I was nervous at first however the team was reassuring, friendly and put me at ease throughout the process. The procedure was quicker and simpler than I expected and has left me with much improved confidence around my sex life.

The procedure itself doesn't take very long and the talk through during the procedure puts you at ease (especially if it's your first time and you don't know what to expect). Had a great experience at Moorgate which was my second time there, Dr Manole made me feel comfortable and talked me through step by step what he was doing as he was performing the procedure which helped me relax as it was being carried out. Would definitely recommend the procedure, it’s quick and painless and without much discomfort afterwards! Will defiantly be using Moorgate again!

My wife and I always had an incredible sex life. A few years ago we had our first child, a whopping 10lbs 9oz., and then a second, slightly less eye watering at 10lb 7oz. While we love them both dearly, their colossal size did cause a slight issue in terms of sexual sensitivity. Sex was still very enjoyable, but it was a noticeably less perfect fit. So, I decided to look into penis enlargement as a potential solution and found Moorgate Andrology. From the very first contact, I knew I was in good hands.

I emailed on a Friday. On Monday morning, I received a call back. David, my contact, explained the different options, gave me the relevant prices, advised me as to which options would work best for our needs, sent over everything we had discussed, and booked me in for a second call once I had a chance to look through all the details and consider my options. A few days later I had made my decision and we booked my procedure to take place about four weeks later, in Harley Street, London.

From that point on, everything, and I mean everything, was taken care of with no fuss, no errors, no confusion, no unexpected hiccups. My contacts at Moorgate, David and Pauline, were outstanding. David walked me through everything I needed to know and Pauline took me through all the forms I needed to complete in a manner that made me wish there were more forms to fill in. I have rarely, if ever, experienced such a feeling of being properly taken of. If they said they would call at a certain time, they called at that time. Every meeting was conducted in a precise, professional way. They gave me a later attendance time at the surgery because I was travelling into London that morning, which was extremely helpful, and from the moment I walked into the surgery, the entire process was flawless.

The receptionist was welcoming and professional. The lunch menu was delicious. The anaesthetist was cordial and lighthearted. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The nurses, as nurses always are, were kind, reassuring, and incredibly professional. The surgeon, Dr Djokavic, was a friendly, professional, no nonsense kind of guy who made me feel like I was in exactly the right place. Even the driver, which I had booked to take me home, contacted me to tell me that he was ready as soon as I needed him.

I waited comfortably in pre surgery for around an hour. I woke up after surgery, about an hour or so later, with very little pain or discomfort, and was immediately attended to by several nurses. The surgeon came to see me to check I was ok. I had some lovely food, had a drink, had a wee, and was then told I was good to go home. Even the drive home was impeccable. My driver, Andrew, had to contest with torrential rain but got me home in record time and even helped to carry my bags into the house.

I guess what most people reading this review want to know about is the results, was I happy with what I got? Well, the short answer is, absolutely yes. For the first couple of weeks there is a lot of swelling, so my initial appreciation of the size increase was a little bit unrealistic. Regardless, I just couldn’t stop smiling. For the first two weeks I was walking around like Lord Flash Heart (a Black Adder reference for those who are old enough) I woke up smiling. I went to toilet smiling. I put my pants on smiling. I took my pants off smiling. After a few weeks, the swelling died down and the penis took on a more natural look and feel. I did lose some of the girth, but I had been told that would happen, and what I was ultimately left with was far more “manageable”.

In conclusion, I am delighted not only with the results but also with my choice to go with Moorgate Andrology. I simply could not have wished for a better experience, from start to finish. If you are considering having this procedure for reasons of self consciousness, I can assure you that my confidence, in terms of being exposed in public, has gone through the roof. And if you are considering having this procedure, as I did, for increased sexual sensitivity with your partner, I can tell you, and my wife wholeheartedly agrees, it was worth every penny.

I waited for around a month before posting this review as I wanted to see the final results and give as honest an experience as possible. I am 24 years old and work in the adult film industry and have wanted to increase my penis girth via filler. I attended moorgate, was greeted by the lovely team waiting to see to me and then to Dr Djokovic. I was made to feel completely at ease by this wonderful man and his explanation of the procedure. ( I had a bad experience at a totally separate company doing the same procedure outside of the UK and was left with very little benefits so it was very nice for Dr Djokovic to show me how a professional does this! ) the procedure lasted upto an hour and I was able to get on with my day straight after. My penis is now definitely thicker and hangs longer when soft ( due to the extra weight in the penis pulling it down a little bit ) Naturally, some of the initial growth is due to swelling and this will go down a little bit. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr Djokovic knows what he is doing! Thanks for an amazing experience and I will definitely be back for round 2 soon.

I had scar revision done with Dr Djakovic and I am delighted with the result. David, Pauline and Scarlet were also great with support throughout the process. I had the inflatable penis implant.
In the run up to the procedure I was fully briefed by both the staff at Moorgate and by the surgeon who performed the operation. I was given accurate and factual information about the surgery and the expected outcome.
Initially the implant did feel a little unusual, but now, after 12 months it feels natural and like a part of my body.
I now have dependable and reliable results which have restored my confidence with members of the opposite sex. No more performance issues!
I am extremely grateful to all at Moorgate and particularly to the top surgeon who's knowledge and expertise in carrying out this procedure has changed my life.

I had the hyaluronic acid fillers. Professional service with experts who carry out the procedure. The results were as expected. They take the time to explain the process and any risks carefully. I had some minor issues that resolved overtime. Returning shortly for a top up after 8 months. Overall a good experience and highly recommend if seriously considering this procedure.

I first visited Moorgate at the beginning of March. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant and smooth. David and the rest of his team are all lovely and very friendly. Greta is highly skilled and incredible at what she does and I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire procedure.

After my first round, the results were beautiful. Extremely smooth and natural looking. I was told to abstain from sexual activity for 4 weeks but I ended up getting too eager so I ended up having sex after two weeks. The filler hadn’t fully integrated which caused it to migrate. Although I managed to massage some of it back into place, it was left looking uneven on one side. I got my free top-up treatment booked in as soon as possible and as expected, Greta sorted out the unevenness for me.

I am extremely happy with the result and will definitely be coming back for future treatments. During my second session, my blood sugar dropped due to a medical condition. Greta and the rest of her team were extremely accommodating, got me a sugary drink and ensured I was well looked after. I am still very grateful towards them for this!

Great experience with Moorgate. Spent a lot of my life feeling like my penis was too small. Not something I want to admit but not something I thought I could do anything about. That’s when I did some looking and stumbled across Moorgate. I didn’t even know it was possible to make your penis bigger, I thought it would be something I’d have to spend my whole life hating.

Spoke with David on the phone first and he told me what options there was. I already knew from the website the surgery was for me and David talked me through everything and had it booked. Travelled to Harley Street and met with the doctor, he told me what to expect, what was possible and what wasn’t. Any increase in size would have made me happy though.

Had the surgery a couple of months later and really happy with the outcome. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Spent a lot of my early adulthood missing out on a lot, from relationships to experiences. Happy that I now feel confident enough to do everything I never have. It might seem a bit daunting at first, I avoided showing my penis to anyone and now I was showing it to people I’d not known before. But just know that you aren’t alone and they deal with this day in day out, they won’t make you feel embarrassed. It’s a really simple fix to something that was taking over my life. My advice is to not make the same mistake I did and put it off, if you’re thinking about it then go for it.

Wish i had booked to have this surgery done sooner. It took me years to even talk to my wife about the size of my penis, she has always been satisfied but in my mind i never felt like i could perform well because of my penis size. i finally had a conversation with her about it and booked a couple of consultations with various clinics moorgate stuck out to me because dave was so easy to talk to and never judged me which is one thing i was most worried about.

after me and my wife had a couple of chats with dave and dr fragoulis we decided to book the surgery nerves an excitement set in about the reality of having surgery. once i had booked i then had contact from scarlet and pauline who helped me with all of the things i needed to do before my surgery date, i had to do a couple of tests before my surgery they were just swab tests which were sent to my house by post so it wasnt too much of an inconvenience, all of the other bits i had to fill out were online so everything was pretty straight forward.

i did pay a bit extra for a driver to take me for my surgery and bring me back home which made life a great deal easier on the day, the bloke was great he didnt mention anything about my surgery which made me feel at ease, conversation was just kept casual mostly football

once i arrived at the hospital the staff were really friendly i had another chat with the dr and also the dr that was putting me to sleep. once i woke up the pain wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be, the hospital took great care of me made sure i had something to eat and drink and went to the bathroom before i was able to go home, also gave me some tablets so to help with the pain and so i didnt get an infection

my wife looked after me when i came home she just wanted me to rest bless her but after a couple of days i felt pretty good she helped me take the bandages an everything off and we couldnt believe the results

although my wife said she was always happy and satisfied before the surgery i can tell it has definitely helped improve our sex life, its like we are in our 20 again and cant keep our hands off each other

i just want to thank everyone at moorgate each person has been amazing through the whole process i never felt judged or uncomfortable they treated me so well and will always be grateful for how they have helped improve our sex life, yes it is a lot of money to spend and some people may think it is stupid but it has had such a positive impact for us, thank you all again
