Order still not arrived. No response from the company even though ive emailed twice

Moose & Mustard are amazing! My dog absolutely loves their treats — as soon as he hears the bag open, he comes running! It’s such a relief knowing the ingredients are all natural and healthy, without any hidden nasties. The packaging is gorgeous too, and everything always arrives quickly and beautifully presented. Still not arrived Wb page says dispatch in 3 days - now on day 11 and still not arrived. Supposed to becoming by Royal Mail - I am only 3 miles away!
