Bought this amazing stainless steel…
Bought this amazing stainless steel toilet brush by Moostar brand like few months ago it's working absolutely fine made my life way too easy with an option within the toilet brush you can add cleaning solutions in it and use it with push button as you needed which cleaning toilet bowl. Each time I feel like my bathroom is a part of 5+ hotel. I was check there website recently and saw some new additions called lux toilet brushes with very unique colours gold and copper even chrom. I bought again copper for myself this time. Quality of it tells you well built with very good material.

Disappointed.
Owing to the publicity, I ordered this product in the belief it was made in Britain. The cost was higher than other products of the same design but I wanted to support British industry. It is in fact, made in China. This company should be up front about their products and not hide behind the Union Flag. Very disappointed and won’t be using them again.

To clarify, we are a British company registered in the UK, and I am a British citizen. Our products are assembled in the UK and shipped directly from the UK. We use high-quality components and take great care in sourcing and building every item. Some components are sourced from China in order to achieve the best possible price for our customers, without compromising on quality.
As discussed with you, we did offer a refund if you had any concerns, but this was politely declined at the time. We always aim to be transparent and helpful, and we’re genuinely sorry this didn’t meet your expectations.
