Mooz, is the best audio and video experience I have had teaching lessons online. I have been teaching online starting with COVID. I have used all the major platforms and had issues with all of them. Mooz is straight forward, and is set up to have a clear audio and visual experience. I highly recommend it.

I’m a vocal coach and had been looking for something like this. What impressed me the most about MOOZ is that it solved a big problem I had with other meeting apps: they’re not designed for musicians and usually suppress the voice when singing. A huge plus is that I can sync my microphone vocals with the tracks I play, and it works perfectly for both my students and myself. Now I don’t have to guess where in the song we are—that’s a game changer for me. I think there’s still room for improvement, especially in the audio loading speed during live classes, but overall this app is amazing.

An online video call platform that is constantly working towards bridging the gaps that music teachers and musicians face when working online and/or working with geographical challenges. There are still many challenges they need to work on, making the experience completely seamless for students who may find the setup a little bit cumbersome, but I'm sure those crinkles will also be smoothened out soon. Promising app, keep up the good work.

The concept is great — finally a platform specifically for musicians! And the execution is pretty awesome, too. It took me a couple of hours to wrap my head around the interface and watch a few tutorial videos, and I was ready to go. Highly recommended!

MOOZ is a great platform for teaching music, I would think it's the best I've tried, however sometimes I've had problems with the image, that is, a very pixelated image. I understand that they prioritize the sound over the image, and it makes sense, but I would like this to be resolved so that it really is THE DEFINITIVE PLATFORM for teaching music.

MOOZ is incredible, is the best app for music lessons. I’m a vocal coach and works perfectly, great sound quality, real-time listening with a song and 0 delay time.

MOOZ is an outstanding piece of software – I use it every day in my work as a guitar teacher. The sound and video quality are way better than in any other app I’ve tried. It’s great to see that the app keeps improving, and I can’t wait to check out what’s coming next!

Update 10/22/25: Still getting unwanted emails from Mooz despite this public review and trying to gaslight me that I haven't used their unsubscribe (it doesn't work). They should have completely removed me manually by now and yet they haven't.

Update: After leaving this review I finally was contacted by Anna. However, rather than acknowledging her neglect and taking responsibility she chose to make matters worse by trying to engage me in an email fight and claiming this is an unfair review. I have, and am keeping, proof of everything. It's far better to be accountable and correct the mistakes than to attempt to attack people who you want as customers. Very poor customer service experience. I hope she gets better at it.

Company ignores requests to unsubscribe from their marketing emails and sent a group email disclosing the addresses of multiple people violating privacy protections. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to additional requests to be removed. If you value your clean email box and your company address not getting out DONT trial this app.

Mooz is a great platform vocal lessons. I particularly love the fact that I can play any audio track and my student can sing in sync! The digital piano feature is wonderful too. Feels like I was in the same room with my student. Can't wait for the group lessons feature. Thanks to the Mooz team for such a great platform.

No tuve ningún inconveniente y la latencia y sincronización con la estudiante ,que era mi mayor preocupación resultaron muy satisfactorias. Valoro la interfase simple y de muy sencillo uso

MOOZ is the best solution for online music lessons. I did the free trial and was blown away at how easy it was to use multiple cameras and communicate freely with my student without digital dropouts. As a music teacher who taught plenty of Zoom and FaceTime lessons through the COVID era I know what a pain teaching online can be. MOOZ not only removes the sync and audio issues that I’ve experienced from those other platforms, but it also integrates file sharing, a metronome and even a midi keyboard! It is wonderful and I’m looking forward to integrating it into my weekly workflow.

Great app for online music lessons. I have been using the free version for online sax lessons. Sound is great. User friendly interface. No time limit per session. Easy set up and audio/video settings. Looking forward to try the paid version functions. A great app dedicated to online music education.

I’ve been using Mooz for my online guitar lessons, and it has been a great experience overall. The sound quality is excellent, which makes a big difference for music classes, and the app has been working really well for my students. I also appreciate that the team is constantly improving the platform with new updates. The support is very active — whenever I report a bug, they promptly reach out to assist. Highly recommend!

Mooz is a great app! I have used it in my online classes and its very useful! A platform in development still but support is great and the tools are very good. Recommend for Shure!

I love Mooz. Hope i can record the class one day. I think Mooz need improvements, but still is the better platform to teach music classes.

I am enjoying using MOOZ as the online lessons tool, and gladly recommend it to my students around; the sound quality is incomparable to many other platforms used for similar activity - much clearer sound and two ways communication; however, I believe, that introducing an option of recording lessons with date, time and length info would make this platform even more in demand! I would also recommend having the personalized link for every student, that will allow to create so called class-room of each one, where all the individual information could be kept. Otherwise, it is brilliant alternative to other music apps!
